A lot of people have left bad feedback based on the fragrance
A lot of people have left bad feedback based on the fragrance. I don't think you can leave feedback based on personal preference, so I'll address the fragrance as to how I like it and then base my review on how it works as a product - which is how it should be. Personally, I enjoy the fragrance. It is quite masculine and it lingers for quite a while. I wish I could put my finger on exactly which fragrance it smells like, and I'll update my review if I can. Hand cream wise I love this. There are little pearly like bubbles in the cream, which dissolve very quickly. The cream is very thick but I find that it absorbs quite quickly. I prefer a heavy cream, and this is absolutely the one to satisfy that preference. Afterwards my hands feel very moisturized for a long time, even after my hands don't feel like the cream is on there anymore. Fragrance aside (because that is objective) I love this hand cream and will use it over and over until I find something better.

Should be called "the PERFECT,GREAT Hand Stuff!"
I am very pleased with The Hand Stuff, it smells devine! It is "greasy", it's a BALM, so I rub it onto the backs of my hands first, then my nails and cuticles. I rub my palms up my arms, my arms absorb the extra from my palms. It does soak in quickly. I fall asleep inhaling the luscious smell. In the morning, my hands are SO soft and plumped and it's doing great for my cuticles. I use it during the day after I've done dishes too. I sent a jar to my son and daughter-in-law who are both in the health industry, washing hands often, and they really like it. I will be buying this again.

There are better alternatives
Nice smell, and does a good job of moisturizing, but it is oily and greasy as all get out.

Wonderful Hand Moisturizer
I do LOVE the way thus product smells, even if it is a little masculine smelling. It made my skin feel very soft and smooth and helped heal the cracks and dryness. It didn't irritate it further like other hand moisturizers do. I do wish it can!e with a little more of the product because you don't get much. However, I would definitely buy it again.

THIS STUFF IS THE REAL DEAL
This was recommended by a man I met at the nail salon, his barber sells it. I was stating my hands were all cracked from anti-bacterial soap & he told me about this. I couldn't find it anywhere but Voila - on Amazon there it was for 2x higher in price that what this man paid for at the barber. The smell is fine, so disregard those comments. Also, it is very emollient so I usually put it on at night and wear socks or in the morning before I put on socks and it keeps those feet nice and soft. For hands - I will put it on and it absorbs very quickly and I'm telling you - NO CRACKS in hands since using this HAND STUFF. Its awesome !!!

Smelly but good
I would have given this a 5 but it has a strong smell, life Cologne, only need a little dab, it is oily but this actually works. My husband is diabetic and has severely dry and flaky skin. I have tried lots and lots and lots of different lotions, all kinds. When I got this I put this on one arm and back of hand and put another brand on the other arm and hand. The next day his arm and hand with The Hand Stuff HS2 was NOT day and flaky. Miracle! The other arm was back to being dry and flaky.

I bought the Hand Stuff for my boyfriend who is ...
I bought the Hand Stuff for my boyfriend who is a guitarist. He is always complaining about his hands being beat up by the strings. He really loved it and so I ended up buying it for the men on my Christmas list, I mean all of them. LOL. That includes my dad, brother, brother in law, postman, UPS delivery guy, sanitation guys (who pick up the garbage), and my male friends too! Everyone thanked me and gave me great feedback, it's not only effective and smells good but the ingredients are safe and actually healthy. Definitely a great value, especially when you care about what you put on your skin and what it absorbs. There's just too much bad stuff in regular hand creams. I can't wait for the girl version to come out (not that I couldn't use it of course).

that didn't make my hands feel worse if I didn't re-apply in 20-30 minutes
I suffer from very dry hands- to the point that they begin to hurt from being dry and chap. I kept trying new brands, having exhausted ALL the drug-store options, boutique store options and just about everything in between that was available for physical purchase. I turned to the internet to try what was available and through my research I found several lists of the top 5 and top 10 hand lotions from various sources of thought (magazines, blogs, etc etc). These lists included this cream, the one I'm about to mention and some others. Last month I purchased "the hand stuff" -I really hoped this was the answer to my problems- I needed something that would calm my hands without needing reapplication every 20 minutes ...and more so... that didn't make my hands feel worse if I didn't re-apply in 20-30 minutes... well that "stuff" didn't work either. Natural and great ingredients- yay- but it left my hands oily and there was nothing to calm the painful itchy chapped heat I felt. And no amount of re-application would help. The best way to describe this "stuff" is a grainy oil paste that smells nice but doesn't really do much. I had hoped that maybe after a week or two it might start taking affect but no such luck. It leaves my hand twice as thirsty as they were to begin with- and that's incredibly painful. There's nothing cooling or soothing about this product at all. I will not be getting anywhere close to finishing this jar. I'd return it if I could! I will recommend Camille Beckman glycerine hand therapy- I had it in my save for later list and ordered it in desperation to be fixed from the above product... it's amazing! comes in a variety of scents (I got vanilla but also have my eye one rosewater & lilac!) ... this was the answer to all my prayers... b
