Yes. I use this jig on a Bosch JS470EB, which is the barrel grip version of the JS470E. The shoe plate is the same on both models.

Q: Is it compatible with bosch jigsaw gst 65 professional? its manual mentions the product code 2 608 040 289 for this guide accessory. is it the same?

I do not own the js260 saw, but the JS572EBK. If you look at the product descriptions for the JA1010 about which you asked, it states thus: "The Bosch JA1010 Jig Saw Guide allows for enhanced precision when circular and parallel cutting is required. For use with all Bosch Jig Saws- except for JS260." So it is clear that this is NOT for you. Since I do not own your saw, and do own the JA1010, you may have to contact BOSCH for advice on a saw guide for your saw.
