I use this pitcher to hold ice at my bedside, to refill a glass I drink from and I can’t rave enough about this pitcher. First it’s really sturdy, the metal has no dents or scratches, the top which is clear plastic, goes on with great suction, but the only improvement I would make to the top is not tohave an open hole in it, I would have a sliding clamp which closes off the hole to pour from. The ice that I fill the pitcher with last for two days, two days! I couldn’t believe it, I use to use a plasticpitcher to hold ice for me which would last about 6 hrs, but I should have gotten this years ago, saves my ice machine from having to make non-stop ice all day and night, so if you want your beverage tostay cold for what seems like forever, I would buy this pitcher.PS Read some of the other older reviews and the company must have listened or their pitcher was defective, because the lid has great suction and holds very tight, I’ve only been using this pitcher for about a month but it’s got great hold so far.

I ordered two of these and love them. They keep liquids warm and cold very effectively and are sturdy as well as easy to clean. My only critique has been that the gaskets on the lids are loose and dribble when pouring. I’ve solved the problem by layering two big blue rubber bands (from broccoli) underneath the gasket on each lid which resolved the problem.

Solid made, fits in fridge well but takes a long time to get cold in fridge. Once cold water stays cold but just takes a while to get cold.

I am very pleased with my stainless steel pitcher. It is the perfect size. Large enough to serve many drinks, yet light enough to carry. I keep fresh brewed tea in my refrigerator and this pitcher is perfect for that. It doesn't take up too much space. It is easy to clean and it doesn't stain or retain odors from previous drinks like plastic containers. It is sturdy and not easily breakable like a glass pitcher would be. Nice for serving tea on the patio with no fear of it getting broken if dropped. It is worth the price and I plan to purchase another one.

Lightweight for a double walled pitcher. Sturdy, attractive. Holds more than most pitchers, which was a priority for me . This is a great buy and I'm very glad to have it. The plastic lid on top is nice and fits snugly, but the opening where the small water pours out can't be completely closed. Thus if you have a sweet liquid like lemonade in it, the yellow jackets can get inside. Sometimes it drips a few drops. I'm happy.
