Great shoes, great price
I wear nothing but Brooks Adrenaline and love the fit, comfort, and support they provide for my severe pronation issues. I walk 5 miles approximately 5-6 days a week so I need a really superior running shoe. Buying the latest model (GTS 21) will cost $125-130 so finding the previous model, the GTS 20, at such a good price is a real bonus for me as I go through 3-4 pairs of Brooks every year. In most other shoes I wear a size 8 but in my Brooks Adrenaline I wear a 9.Amazon ordering is easy and shipping is fast, so that’s a plus.Highly recommend in particular if you wear Brooks shoes and know from experience that the Adrenaline is the shoe for you. If you have never worn Brooks shoes before I recommend getting fitted/evaluated for the right shoes for you at an independent running shoe store so that you can be sure Brooks are a fit for your feet and your exercise needs. Then you can feel confident making all future purchases from Amazon without needing to try them on.

Brooks Adrenaline for life...unless they change the model :)
I have been running on Brooks Adrenaline since inception - 20 years ago. YES! they have come a long way since 2000. Whether running on pavement or concrete, dirt or unstable surfaces - Adrenaline keeps me tethered. The shoe is constructed with maximum support for foot and ankle. I have a smaller frame and a narrow foot - I always buy one size up (but really should be buying up a size and a half...my vanity and floppiness of the extra shoe prevent that from happening) and that is a happy compromise...Love that there are a variety of colors to choose from - I am a night runner therefore I prefer a lighter colored shoe. I tend to pronate just a touch and these shoes keep me from destroying my cantor and I have felt the difference in design over the years...this year is the best, by far! I can say these shoes are horrible for walking in (at least they are for me) and that's okay because they are not created for a mosey...I get about 300 miles out of these shoes - I run 3 times a week, upwards of 7 miles per run - not much but enough...when colder weather hits - I tend to run more. Its a great shoe and you will definitely get your money's worth! Happy running :)

so far so good
I go these all black brooks because that's the only color I'm allowed to wear at work. The gray part on the toe keeps making me thing something is on my foot when I catch it out of the corner of my eye. I may take a black sharpie to it to cover that up.I only tried this shoe today for one 10 hour shift. I can tell it has added support in the heals, ankles, and arches. I think its lacking in support in the toes. If thats what you need find another style. But I needed the support in my heals. These did not rub my ankles at all. They also didnt eat my socks like some shoe do. The shoe laces are not filled or are made of a different material than most common shoe laces but I think this helps them stay tied. I only had to tie them when I put them on and they stairs tied all day.I wear a size 7.5 in Nike and that is the brand I have been wearing for the last 10 years. I wanted something with the extra support in the heals and my mother recommended Brooks to me. I just guessed at the 7.5 size and they fit almost exactly the same. The only difference I noticed was that my big toe touches the top of the inside of the shoe. I dont know it thats just me of if this style is slightly slimmer than other shoes I typically purchase, but it was not enough to return them. I will update if they wear a hole in the shoe.Otherwise, I recommend these shoes.

My feet are so much happier now
My friend and I walk at least 3 miles 6 times a week to start our day. We are walking around 16.5 minute mile right now but trying to improve that. Both in our 40s and both with some pounds to lose.I have weird feet and my right foot has a more pronounced bunion than my left and foot pain was becoming a thing that made me want to avoid walking. My last pair was some Go Walk Sketchers but I had worn them to point where bottom was smooth. I was having pain on outside of my foot and decided to go ahead and invest in better shoes. My oldest daughter ran cross country a few years back and swore by her Brooks. So I knew she would gladly take this pair if I ordered them and hated them since her foot size is same as mine. I went with this pair because it sounded like it would have the support I want and because it would come quickly. I got black with purpe and hte purple is pretty bright so it might clash a bit if I was back on work and wearing it on a jeans day with our school colors (blue and gold.) However my foot pain meant I wanted delivery speed and we are all remote now anyway. As soon as I put them on I noticed an immediate difference. Sorry kid, mama is keeping these shoes. I wore them for errands (prior to going into lockdown mode) and I barely noticed the foot pain that had me hobbling when barefoot.Did 3.5 miles in under an hour today in them and they are a million times better than what I was wearing.I did order the 8.5 because I am sometimes as 8 and sometimes an 8,5 depending on shoe. I have just the width of my thumb between my toe and end of shoe so I would say the fit is good. Might have been okay in an 8 but then again feet swell a bit with exercise so they have felt a little small if I had done that.

Like coming home, to an old friend!
I will begin by saying I’m familiar with Adrenaline GTS as a former wearer, most recently I’ve been running in the Brooks Pure Flows. I switched to the PF for the lower drop, but I sustained a high hamstring injury (not related to running) and initially set out to find a cushioned shoe with a minimal drop 6mm or less. I tried several and none had the feel I was looking for, so I returned to an old friend and a reliable shoe I sacrificed the minimalist feel for less stress on my injury. The minute I put the shoe on I felt like I returned home! Great toe box room more than adequate cushion. I wear an 8.5 but always get a half size up and the fit is great. The shoe is fine for training of all sorts or just walking which I’m forced to do more of because of my hamstring. There are tons of colors for those who care about that sort of thing.
