I love Mustela for the clean ingredients and I buy the product no longer for babies but for the entire family. We have a 6 and 12 year old, plus one adult with very sensitive skin, the other with dry skin. For this specific product, the Family Cleansing Gel, I'll say that I love the packaging, amount, and the clean ingredients. The texture and value for the money are also good. I took 2 stars because I did not find it lathering enough for washing my long greasy hair and also because there's no fragranced option. That's my favorite part about Mustela, the famous Mustela scent. To be fair, if we like the fragrance, we could go to the regular baby Mustela cleansing gel, but then we'll all be smelling like babies which I'm not sure my husband would enjoy. I would like to see a family version with a fresh clean scent, that's not exclusively "baby" scent, so we can use for everyone in the household. Would buy that in a heartbeat!

I'm not a fan of the scent. It really has no scent. I can't describe the scent it sort of has. It's just not the best smell. It washes and cleans nicely. Not tons of soap suds or bubbles. It's not a thick or creamy liquid. It's clear and on the thin side. It does lather well. Safe for my baby's skin and eyes. Doesn't leave any residue. I wanted a soap that was gentle on her skin and one that wouldn't leave her skin dry. It's expensive for baby soap compared to other brands. You are paying for natural and plant based products. I'm willing to spend more for safe products for my little one. I'm happy with body and hair wash. It would be nice if it had a better smell. I'm sure they could add something for it to be pleasant. My baby has no smell after bath. Good product
