These were really good , the nuts are raw and unsalted. But the only thing is there were too many raisins in the mix. Like two thirds of the bag were and I’m buying it solely for the nuts. Anyway it was alright. I will try to find a nuts and seed one . I don’t know if I’ll be buy this again but idk. The value for what I got , well it’s 2025 everything isn’t worth the money you would pay for it. So it’s kinda a personal thing. There was no salt as it is unsalted.

However with the fruit dried fruit and nuts it is a bit too high calorie for me at this time I may purchase it again in the future
