The carry handle was broken but it works fine.

I bought this from Amazon warehouse so I guess it's really my fault for not buying a new one but it showed up with a broken carry handle. Also the box was more tape than it was cardboard but I guess that's to be expected from a returned item. As far as the jack it has met all my expectations. I have a heavy lift Jack but it is too high to get under my BMW so I decided to get this one and it works flawlessly. If you have a car with low clearance I would highly recommend this Jack and the price was very reasonable. I've used it twice now and have had no issues but I would update if anything changes. Four stars instead of five only because of the broken carry handle but it's not that heavy so you can judge for yourself if that's important to you.

This is a well made, sturdy, strong low profile floor jack. It's ability to even get under my 325i is worth every penny! If you have a low vehicle, this is the jack you want. Get some jack stands bc thats just good business, but this jack is solid!

Works very well for jacking up my BMW 5 series. BARELY has enough lift to change the wheels out on my 2017 Explorer but this is kind of what I expected.

Mine needed fluid out of the box. It says large saddle which is a joke it is tiny maybe 2 inches. It is low profile. My box came ripped and torn open but the jack did not seem to be damaged.

Makes changing the brakes on the car ez by lifting the car by the front cross member.
