This flour is amazing and rated everywhere as the best. Amazons shipping of it however leaves a lot to be desired!! You never know if it’s going to be wrapped in plastic, bubble wrapped or simply tossed in a box full of things in its original paper wrapper! Sometimes it’s torn open, sometimes it’s OK!! Reading thru other reviews made me feel at least it wasn’t because I live on Kauai!! They sell it at a great price. However, if Wally’s could just keep it in stock I’d gladly pay a bit more to know I was going to get it safe and sound…REGULARLY!!! DO BETTER YOU GUYS!!!

King Arthur consistently makes high quality flour. I use the organic flour with more confidence concerning my and my family’s health for decreased exposure to pesticides herbicides in our food.

What can I say, King Arthur flour is the best. I'm at least the third generation in my family to prefer their flour to all other brands. It's good quality flour and whether you're making quick bread, cookies, or pancakes, or even risen bread, it makes a great baked good every time.

The flour is great, but the packaging was VERY inadequate! The top of the flour sack was popped open and between 1 and 2 cups of flour was everywhere!
