I can't live without this pillow. I am a hairstylist which is hard on my neck, shoulders, & upper back. I was also having issues with ice pick headaches in the middle of the night from pillows being too stiff or not enough support. I can sleep a full night with this and feel refreshed. No more headaches.

THIS PILLOW!!! Holy goodness!!! This pillow has been a dream come true!!! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on all kinds of pillows: water, pancake, down, sponge filled, you name it. None of those pillows have provided the assured pain relief that Elviros Cervical Memory Foam has for me!! I have a neurological disease that causes tumor growth throughout my body internally, the majority of which are inoperable because of where they grow on certain nerve, blood vessel, and other pathways. Most recently, MRI’s have shown new, invasive tumor growth between L4 and L5, which will require a qualified neurosurgeon to remove. This particular tumor is causing neuropathy from the knees down, specifically in my feet. I also have issues with tumor growth in my underarms, internally, within the capillary network which is inoperable as doing so could cause permanent paralysis of my arms. This pillow. This pillow allows what IS for me the most perfect alignment possible of my spinal cord/column. I have experienced the most incredible reduction in neck and all over back and leg pain on a nightly basis, every night since I first unpacked the pillow on December 31, 2020!!! Before this pillow, I was spending up to 20 minutes each morning slowly stretching and moving side to side to ‘wake up’ the lower half of my body and then I had to be careful when first rolling out of bed because the neuropathy in my feet and toes was sending pin prickly fire like sensations making taking steps excruciatingly painful. Back to neck and arm pain and alignment... as mentioned above, the tumors located in the underarms that also cause neuropathy in my arms and hands has also significantly reduced as my head and neck are cradled in such a way to prevent head drop to the side. I used to wake up several times a night having to use the better arm to reach across my body and physically move the other completely dead arm to get blood flowing again. A process that often took a good 1/2 hour each time which affected my quality of sleep. This pillow!!! This pillow has definitely improved my overall quality of life as it has positively impacted the quality of my nightly sleeping experience, each and every night!!! The description states this pillow works for back, side, and stomach sleepers and I agree wholeheartedly as I am now able to sleep not just on my back, but am now again able to sleep comfortably on either side and on the occasions needed, my stomach as well!! I love this pillow for how it has positively affected my life!!! YES! YES! YES! I would recommend this pillow to just about everyone, with the exception of that one ex!!! The small white tuft is left with love from one of my cats claws that penetrated the pillow cover at one point when my pillowcase was washing in the laundry.

Each person's cervical issues are very personal as no 2 are alike. My pain may be in the same area, but could be totally different. I've had a discectomy and fusion at C5-7 which helped that area, but still was in pain from higher up. I've had neck pain since 1991 and I've tried almost every pillow that had been available. For about 3 decades I've been using 100% down pillows that I had to break in. After about 1-2 months use the new pillow got good and the old got tossed. Still there were and have been many times I need to have my head elevated to sitting up in bed with many pillows because of the occipital neuralgia that plagued me. This past Oct 2021 I found a therapy called strain-counterstrain which has changed my life. There aren't many therapist in this practice as it's very intensive study and I was very, very lucky to find 2 in the same place 40 min from home. At the same time I had bought this pillow. I sometimes turn my down pillow on edge so it supports my head in a certain position and I sleep on my back. (I'm also a side sleeper.) This pillow sounded like it would to the same. I have a Therma Pedic bed that I love. The first time using it I went to sleep and felt ok in the AM, but I couldn't use it night 2. I've alternated between the 2 now for a couple of weeks. The memory foam is a little hard, but not totally uncomfortable. Memory foam is harder when cold so it needs some warmth to soften. I can sleep with this pillow, but I don't think it's as good as when I'm with the down and I have a good night. I've also slept on my side with it. My fault is that I didn't see that it also comes in "soft" which I would recommend if you try it. My other issue is that I think the neck "wedge" is a little to long for me and my head is not all the way into the dip for the head. This creates a "tired feeling" in my shoulders. If I could fit properly I would try the soft, but because I don't I'm returning it. I did have high hopes for this pillow. I just can't see keeping it for maybe sometime usage.

I purchased a queen sized one of these in September 2021. It was awesome and I slept on it for years. I only stopped using it last year when I bought a mattress topper, it just felt off. I gave the one I purchased to my mother in law. Lately I was waking up with a stiff neck and thought I would look into getting another one. I saw they had them for 60 percent off and thought it was a great deal, so I bought 2 small and another queen. I should have listened to the warning about frequently returned item and read the reviews first. The ones I received are nothing like the original one I purchased in 2021. They are thin and almost feel useless. They are still using the same old pictures, but the product is not the same. Total bait and switch. They have a "newer" model that seems like it would be what they offered previously in this one. Super disappointing, do not recommend buying just because of the discount. It feels like laying on a pile of yoga mats or something equally useless for head and neck support.

I wanted to wait to leave this review to see if it has actually helped me! I have really bad posture so in turn I have horrible neck and back pain at 20 and have a neck hump now and my sleeping position doesn’t help … I sleep in fetal position with my head tucked to my chest WHY CHOOSE THIS PILLOW… AND SPEND THE EXTRA $ This pillow has helped me so much. I decided to invest in one of the more expensive ones (this one) in comparison to other pillows available on amazon for a few different reasons. -The curves on edges of the pillow make a VAST difference for side sleepers and fetal position sleepers like myself.On one side of the pillow it has deeper kind of hallowed edges where your arm can go OR you can hold onto while you sleep - The depth of the neck to head ratio indention I have so much neck supported which I NEEDED desperately. I really did not realize how much I needed that support. Your head gets so much support and is not being lifted up to the same level as your neck or above and instead falls into a natural position. MY RESULTS AFTER A MONTH My neck and back feel so much better. It took about 2 weeks to really start feeling the difference and now its much easier to correct my posture and not be in pain while doing so during the day. I also have been getting EXCEPTIONALLY better sleep, I fall asleep faster and wake up well rested more often. I also dream almost every night now and I used to never have or remember my dreams. ( maybe this is a blood flow and position thing?) I really think this has helped my blood flow too since I now sleep more straightened out. I don’t wake up in a fog as often or groggy or cranky and its easier for me to wake up early. My neck hump has gotten much smaller (my posture is better too during the day so that is obviously part of it. this isn't a fix all) My body doesn’t feel awful anymore and I’m not tossing and turning for literal hours trying to fall asleep. THINGS I DIDNT ADORE ABOUT IT… - I have naturally curly hair and often straighten it. So my hair really needs the extra care. The texture of the pillow case is eh its not really bad on my skin but can’t imagine its awesome for the hair. so for people who do a lot of hair care and don’t wear satin caps or put in a braid or something should probably do so because I don’t think putting your own case over it will do much good as in i think it would take away from the edges of the pillow which is really needed. This is a nitpicky thing on my end though - I don’t usually like memory foam and this is not much different. It can be really hard sometimes and other nights will feel like heaven. -wish it came in more colors CONCLUSION. If my comment resonates with you at all I really think you should get it. I don’t really want to say a pillow has changed my life… but this is really not any other pillow and it HAS definitely changed my life. Ofcourse will only help so much. The rest is on you and your self care but this has definitely helped immensely. Spend the extra money, this thing has better reviews than others on amazon for a reason… Don’t buy a cheap one and gamble on your bodies health and don’t buy a cheap one and carve out an indention it ( if you’re doing research for this kinda pillow you’ll see the review I am talking about somewhere on Amazon) .Its worth it. Just get it I don’t think you’ll regret it EDIT/ 3 month review My 5star review has dropped:/ even sleeping with this thing every night my neck pain came back. it may be more of a serious thing than i realized but it definitely helped 1000% previously + it is so hard! i thought it was comfortable before but now it feels like a rock and i just cannot seem to get comfortable. i've ended up putting it to the side of my bed and very recently switching to the Purple brand “best pillow” (really only 2 days ago) and i have yet to find if it really is the best. i thought this was the best pillow ever for months though, and if you like firm /medium-firm pillows this could really be your paper.

Over all, this pillow is great. It helped with sleep issues. Took away the creek in my neck. And it's great for side, back, or tummy sleeping. The downside? When you sleep on one side night after night the pillow will eventually get squished down a bit on that area. It's not as comfortable when you have to flip it over to the other side to get the support you once had back. Once you get used to the backside then that side eventually gets a bit bit flatter. So what do you do? Flip it around. But then it feels weird and doesn't sleep right because of the weird angle again. Currently on that setting. The good news is it takes awhile before it starts loosing the support. Do I recommend this pillow? Yes. I've talked several people into it. Will I get another eventually? Yes. Am I going to grumble anytime I have to flip, turn, or readjust the pillow to make it feel just right again? Yes. Every. Single. Time.

Purchased the first cervical memory foam pillow back in January 2024. It was uncomfortable at first and took some getting used too. I was experiencing neck pain and having some crazy headaches. Then consistently using the pillow with another underneath to elevate. I bought a second pillow to keep at another location but the pillow firmness was completely soft...like extra soft. I thought maybe the pillow firmness would harden or get more firm after some time elapsed. Let over a month pass and still the pillow firmness has the consistency of cheap foam. It's really crazy because the other pillow is almost so firm that its uncomfortable. I purchased both pillows from the same link and product description. I was hesitant to make this post due to enjoying the initial firm pillow. I had made a couple attempts to reach out directly to the company via the website but no response. As well it wasn't really an option on Amazon, it just kind of redirects to a "how to adjust" page. It's also not a matter of making any type of adjustments on the pillow...its the actual foam itself. Honestly the second pillow isn't worth $10 let alone $42.39. If the product delivered were the same as the initial pillow i'd rate this product a 4 stars..
