Spice Enthusiast Chimichurri Blend - 4 oz

I have several chimichurri blends in my cupboard but the Spice Enthusiast Chimichurri Blend is the best I have ever tried.Chimichurri offers a bold taste to all sorts of foods. As a sauce or marinade I mix 1 part of the dried chimichurri with 1 part red wine vinegar, stir until all of the powder is wetted and let sit for 5 minutes or more. Then I add 2 parts olive oil and mix thoroughly. Use the mixture as a marinade or brush it onto steaks, chicken, pork or fish before cooking. This stuff is so good that I am considering putting it on ice cream.If you haven't tried chimichurri then you are missing out on a flavor explosion in your mouth.

This blend is the best of the best. Adds a rock solid flavor to most anything you can cook. Dont let your imagination stop you short.

I really liked these herbs and spices they were perfect for my steamed and slightly fried vegetables. I used it with a lot of different vegetable dishes and the seasoning was perfect with my vegetable dishes. We enjoy lots of flavor and good taste and that's exactly what we recieved. I will definitely use this brand again.

I put this on everything and I love it. My family loves it as well also guests. You can use it with chicken, pork, steak, veggies, or eggs. Just try it once and you will not regret it you'll find yourself reordering it and ordering it for your friends and family.

I have never used chimichurri or even heard of it, but I really like the blend of spices listed in the ingredients.  I am not adventurous in seasoning my meats, but I knew my family would like the salt, garlic, onion, and paprika blend on our buffalo burgers. I sprinkled it on the raw meat and massaged it into the meat a little bit, then grilled the burgers as I normally do. My family really liked the seasoning, and I will definitely be using it on other meats and vegetables.  As far as the cost, this is a large bag of spices for the cost.  Most of the other natural spice blends that I have seen for sale are about the same price for one-quarter of the amount.  It comes in an easy resealable bag, and it will be easy to store without the necessity of transferring it into something else.

I'm always cooking.. whether it's grilling or smoking etc but I'm always on the lookout for a good rub.This has a very strong herbal flavor which isn't spot on with a true chimichurri.Pricewise... it's a tad on the high side compared to what I can find locally regarding similar blends.Would I purchase this again? Prolly not this flavor but other blends of this brand ... yes

Mixed with Olive oil, Vinegar, and Citrus juice. Still working on the ratios, but pleased overall.
