The 7-Series controller from Firstech is a versatile, user-friendly solution for remote starting. Easily add or remove a Blade bypass module using the new eject switch. Firstech pioneered on-board integration with bypass modules seven years ago, and now they're innovating again with this series. Enjoy double the data with two RS232 ports supporting DroneMobile, ADS, and Fortin solutions, allowing simultaneous use of multiple bypasses. A BLADE-TB can be used with DroneMobile for added convenience. Two separate power harnesses cater to both high and low current vehicles, ensuring flexibility. Built-in high-current relays enable manual transmission and diesel engine compatibility, along with additional accessory, ignition, and starter features. For safety, the FT-DAS sensor is required for manual transmission vehicles. Compatible with FT-RPS TOUCH and FT-ALARM IT, this controller simplifies upgrading to a full security system. Note: This is not a complete car starter system, and remote controls and the BLADE module are sold separately. You don’t need it. Especially manual transmissions.
2 things. As an engineer who has a knack for wiring, this is meant for techs trained to speak the Compustar language. I mess around with plenty of car stuff and wouldn’t touch this project with a 10ft pole. Second, don’t buy if you have a manual. It doesn’t start half the time because of the stupid sensor. If someone shuts their car door next to you while trying to start then sucks for you! Cold car. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Rock solid unit, I love these "Blade" modules
Having installed a number of car starters over a couple of decades, it amazes me how far technology has come. These Blade modules are amazing, just makes for a way easer and cleaner install. My only complaint is on the instructions. They give you access to mountains of install data, but I couldn't figure out where it tells you if you need a high-current or can get by with a low-current install.

Some shops will not install it if you don’t buy it from them.
Reasonable price, make sure it comes with either a blade or the drone. Requires programming to your vehicle so professional installation is recommended.

Didnt work for my factory fob. Make sure you double check even on the fortin site. Still excellent. Missing extra sensor port that the cm700 has.. but since it was supposed to be a basic stater.. still has everytuing else good about a full system.
