Jiffy Steamer CITYSE J-2000M Jiffy Garment with Metal, 120 Volt

I used it in the UK, it stopped many twice. I used it only for 2 days.

Amazing. Don’t waste your money on professional rowenta models. I’ve had two 1550W Professesional dreamers that broke after a year of daily use. Piece of crap. This Jiffy on the other hand is incredible. Think: Rowenta 1550 = A professional like Trump Jiffy = actually does what is intended and expected each and every time

I gave up ironing years ago, that old method of getting rid of wrinkles isn't practical anymore. I'd been using hand-held steamers but found that I was having to replace them about every two years, depending on how often you use them. With this Jiffy Garment steamer, I'm confident my days of filling up landfills with the carcasses of inferior hand-held steamers are over! Use distilled water and your steamer should last even longer. The J-2000M heats up within 2 mins and is more than adequate for most everyday clothes/fabrics. There is a higher priced model (J-4000?) that supposedly tackles sturdier fabrics, but that model takes about 12-15 mins to heat-up and in the morning that is too long for me. I decided to go for the "retro" look and got the metal head with wooden handle version (versus the plastic version), and I love it!! Unlike what some other reviewers are saying, the metal part doesn't go near your hand so it shouldn't be an issue. The electrical cord is great (not too long, not too short) and the wheels easily transport the steamer wherever you want it to go. Lastly, the metal hanger pole is great for hanging clothes on, although I'm going to see if Jiffy offers an extension to raise it even higher so I don't have to bend my knees at all to reach around the article of clothing I'm working on -- although I don't have to bend too much (I'm 5'4" tall).

This is a solid product. Built well. Works well. I'm glad my best friend suggested it to me.

Love the steamer as I use it regularly, purchased for my birthday April, 4, 2019 received April 8, 2019, and set it up and used it right away. Regular use weekly and found the black rubber baffle cap worn out. I would definitely register and ask to get a replacement or two to have on hand. I have been using JIFFY steamers for over 25 years. Loved the pink retro colour to match my decor. I would recommend this product. It does not disappoint on making your clothes look fresh & pressed. Sadly, water container/reservoir cracked immediately

Coming from a skeptic I did my research and ordered the J-2000 Jiffy Garment Steamer and kept my fingers crossed. So impressed with the quality, the stability, the fast response, the cute pink color and the overall brilliance of this product. GOODBYE irons. This is the way to go. It is expensive but not considering the quality and how quickly it works and how well it works. HIGHLY recommend and to all the skeptics out there - I cannot vouch for all steamers but I can vouch for this one. It is glorious. I keep mine ready to go in the spare room and it is cute as a button too. So glad I followed my research and bought a quality product right off the bat rather than buying and failing with cheaper steamers first. Amazon also gave awesome delivery service.
