After a struggle with the automated system which seemed to imply that I had to pay to return the item and then the sending of the many photos requested, I eventually had to phone the company directly. This was much more helpful with the immediate offer of a return or partial refund if I wanted to try the fridge and keep it if it was working well. In the end, this is what I did and it is working well. The fridge is not too noisy, holds quite a lot for its size and the temperature is good.
