Walnut Color Round Solid Wood Furniture Legs - Perfect for Mid-Century Modern & IKEA Hacks (7 Inches, Set of 4)

I ordered these legs for an ugly piece of furniture that I just couldn't let go because it was one of my first furniture in my bedroom growing up. I ordered the peg legs hoping it would add life and purpose to this piece. The peg legs came in a beautiful walnut color and it was pretty similar to what they have showing in the pictures. Legs were sturdy and dense but still easy enough to drill the holes into. It came with lots of screws (more than you need) which was helpful. Overall, it's a great product and I would buy again!

These sofa legs came well packaged with everything you need, including a clear instruction guide, for easy installation. They are solid wood with a beautiful medium/dark walnut finish and are very sturdy when installed as directed. I’ve included a before and after pic of the sofa that updated with these mid century style legs and a few close up pics of the legs and the metal plates/screws that came with them.

I'm very happy with this purchase overall, even though I thought they were a little expensive. However, they look great and are quite sturdy, so it was definitely worth the buy! Note about the picture -- we had to put some furniture movers underneath a couple of the legs because our floor isn't completely flat, not because the legs were different sizes.

They are a little difficult to install but well worth it for the look. These have a deeper angle than most similar ones sold on Amazon which is beautiful.You will want to power drill to install them and possible an extra set of hands or a vice.The legs are solid hardwood as advertised so they are very very strong. But, the short screws used to connect the plate to the legs are not ideal and don’t seem to be long enough. If you used the provide shorter screws to connect the plate to the legs, be extra careful when flipping the furniture back over. The legs legs will tear from the plate and screws if weight is applied to them sideways (for instance, using the legs as a mechanical fulcrum when flipping). However, this shouldn’t disuade you from purchasing them or other that have a similar attachment design. They are very strong when they are in the correct orientation.They also come with felt sticky pads for the bottoms of each leg to avoid floor scratches which is a nice addition. Do not remove them after initially installing, the wood will strip and they will fall off when you try to put the back on, so I don’t recommend this style if you move a lot. Also, if moving the furniture into a truck or something of the sorts, do not use the legs as handles. Very important as that will make the connection between the plate and legs weak and likely cause the short screws to come out of the wood.

I purchased these legs to make my new media console taller and they really complete the look! I love them. They were easy to assemble. I purchased the 8 inch walnut color.

The color perfectly matches my atomic red chair. The movers lost all the legs to ALL my furniture. I’ve replaced three sets of legs before and by far this was the easiest and sturdiest way to attach legs. I used a drill instead of a screwdriver and it made it a BREEZE. In the future I will definitely get this type of leg. The plate attaches to the leg first with three small screws. That’s stability. Then you attach the plate with four long screws to the chair.

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy, really gave my cabinet that mid century vibe. Love the finish on these, great purchase!

I ended up painting them to match a bookcase I made. They’re perfect and easy to install.
