Very wholsome treats, and delicious according to Ein!
My corgi, Ein, loves these. He has a lot of allergies, so I get all his treats and food muscle tested. The doctor says these are very good for him! I love that they are only one ingredient (beef liver). Easier to see what he is allergic to this way. Organ meats are important to give to your dog and if organ meat is not a part of your dog's food this is a great way to see that he gets it. The treats are not shaped like the picture. They do not have rounded corners, and they are not square, nor are they uniform in shape. Most of them are 1" by 1/2 inch in size. This really does not mater much but I like pictures to be accurate. They fit in the opening of a Kong very nicely to keep the other treats inside, till he grabs this treat out first. We hide the Kong then let him in to look for it. He really seems to enjoy the game. The bag says 240 treats! You get a lot for the price. What I look for in a treat is grass fed, grain free, human grade, freeze dried over dehydrated, no crappy ingredients and single ingredient would be a bonus. These treats meet the following requirements: grain free, freeze dried, no crap inside and single ingredient. I could not find any info on if these treats are human grade and/or grass fed. If they can meet these last two requirements they would be just perfect. Update on Dec 23, 2015 I asked the question are these human grade and the manufacturer said they are not allowed to call them that but they do meet the requirements for human grade. So in conclusion these treats are perfect. Also, the doctor said the treats are great for him. He tested very strong to them. They seem expensive, but they are 10 cents a treat, at the non sale price of $24.95.

Poor shipping
These treats are great, one of the few things my fussy puppy will eat however the company ships them in the bag, no box, so by the time they arrive they are in a hundred pieces. They are like potato chips, they break very easily so I end up with a bag full of teeny tiny chips instead of the nice long Slices that should be in the bag so if the company is listening, you need to put these in a box cause they are expensive.

Why you must buy this treat!
Amazing! I have been looking for something that is healthy and my pup enjoys without constant monitoring that didnt smell up the house. This product exceeds my expectations. Here's what you need to know so you dont have to read through all the different reviews some of which are unfair to a superior product; 1) Its sourced and Manufactured in USA! 2) Do not smell bad at all! If anything i think they smell good :) 3) These are Hollow. You can add some peanut butter inside to make them last longer for those of whom complaining about how long they lasted. As far as how long they last depends on the breed and how active a chewer they are. Mine being a 25lb rotty pup, he spends hours and hours on a single one. In several chewing sessions over a day period he was able to get about 75% through one of them. Ofcourse when he's full grown 130lb+ im sure he will go through them faster but that's not a concern of mine because of my 4th point below. 4) Good source glucosamine. The trachea is made up of cartilage, which is rich in glucosamine. For large breeds, it is very important to have a natural source of glucosamine for joint health. A 1 oz piece of trachea (about 28 grams) will provide your dog with over 1400 mg of glucosamine 5) Keep their shape and do not become a wet soggy mess. If you ever given your dog a bully braided bone, you know what i mean. Those bully braids end up a soggy stringy mess and smell like raw chicken sitting in the garbage for a week. This product does neither. 6) Easily digestible. This is and should be of high importance to any dog owner. Unlike Raw hides which are not easily digested and can really cause some major damage to the digestive tract, these break down very well. 7) Good source of protein and can act as a dental chew. All in all, your dog will love this healthy treat and you will feel good about giving it to them!

Would Not Recommend These Treats for Training Purposes
Bought these treats expecting them to be a high quality treat small and soft for training purposes. The treats seem high quality in their composition but for training purposes they are not suitable. The best training treats are small and soft so the dog doesn't have to spend time chewing and slowing down the repetition that is important for training. If you are looking for a training treat this is not one I would recommend. If you just want a treat that you can give your dog from time to time or for performing actions they already know then this treat would be fine. Possibly Unrelated: I fed my 13 Week old Akita several of these treats and two days later she began having extremely bad diarrhea. I took her to the vet and they ran tests and found that she had a bacterial infection in her upper intestines. She had been to the vet for her boosters shots just a week before and all the same tests came back good. The only difference in her diet or activities were these treats. I keep her closely watched and crated when I'm not around so I have my doubts that she got in to something that I missed, but it is possible. Since these treats were the only deviation from her regular diet I have stopped using them for her and my other dogs as well and don't plan to use them again in the future.
