Never buying cold brew at a coffee shop again.
I've included pictures to show you how it looks in a cup with FOLGERS. compared to the green capped bottle of store bought Starbucks cold brew. What I brewed was cheap Folgers for 24 hours. It will obviously taste different, but in no way does it taste bad or less than Starbucks/Dutch Bros/black rock.I wish I bought one of these a long time ago, but I held off because the brew time is so long it didn't seem convenient for me. I drink a ton of coffee a day. This pitcher is pretty large so I decided to go for it, and I haven't ran out once yet. I have a glass pitcher I bought from Target so I transfer the cold brew into that once it's done brewing and start on my next pitcher. It's so much easier than waiting in line for 10 min at a drive through and the cost? Let's do the math.1 22.6 oz Folgers cost me $7.00. You use 2.5oz coffee per pitcher. That's nine pitchers per Folgers container or 0.77 cents per 52oz cold brew. CENTS. 52 oz of cold brew at Starbucks would easily be 20.00 or more. Not including tips and time in line. Or around $8.00 for store bought Starbucks cold brew. I've used this for two weeks now and will never look back.

Finally what I was looking for all this time
If you hate bitter coffee, looking to make your own iced coffee at home and an iced coffee addict BUY THIS!!!!! I am an absolute Starbucks iced coffee addict. There is never a time that I will say "no" to an iced coffee. But I don't exactly like spending $6 a day on coffee either. I have tried every coffee maker that claims they do "cold brew" and the coffee is always disgusting, bitter and leaves a gross sludge residue behind. The ice melts in it giving it a watered down drink that I don't want. Who wants nasty sludge in their coffee with melted ice?! Not me! Well, as you know Starbucks has a cold brew coffee that I absolutely LOVE. I have discovered that cold brew coffee is smoother, doesn't have a bitter taste and seems stronger (because it brews for hours). I decided to give this thing a shot, I mean its only 30 bucks. If its horrible I can at least use the pitcher for something else. It says use coarse grounds, but I use regular ground coffee from the store. It works just as well. The mesh does exactly what it says it does, and doesn't leave nasty sludge residue in my coffee which is great. Its super easy to clean and its airtight so no more coffee tasting like the chili I made the night before. I fill the mesh container first, usually about halfway with the grounds stick it in the pitcher then fill up with water until it fills up. Leave it in the fridge overnight or refill every couple days...this will provide about 3 huge cups of coffee(venti starbucks sized cups). Its really good and now I am saving money and time on my way to work enjoying the iced coffee that I love.

Nice Cold Brew Pot
This is my second cold brew coffee maker. My previous one broke. My son had bought it for me since I was originally using a plain old quart jar, dumping in the grounds, brewing in the fridge and then straining through a coffee filter. I am happy with this coffee pot and like the double mesh metal ground container. It works better than my old one at filtering out the sediment. I like that fact that it is metal also. The coffee pot is a nice size, attractive and makes enough coffee for a week for me. I don't drink my cold brew coffee iced but drink it hot. I don't heat up the cold brew coffee--I fill my coffee cup about 2/3 full of water, heat in the microwave and then add some of the cold brew after it is heated. It gives me a nice smooth (not bitter or acid) cup of coffee in the morning. The only difficulty I had with it was figuring out how to get the lid off. Since it is airtight it is a tight fit. I have to hold the center of the lid and pull it to the side to get it open. There were no instructions on how to do that so it took me a while to figure it out. I am happy with the coffee pot and would buy it again.

Stays Cold and Brews Nicely!
This is a wonderful product made from SAMBANGAN! This is the first time I tried there product. I spend way too much money at local coffee shops and sometimes I am unhappy with spending money for coffee I don’t even like. I prefer ice cold coffee so this product is a fantastic solution. I can use any kind of coffee roast / beans I like. I can also use tea bags with this product as well. I can place the coffee roast into the filter and let it sit in my fridge over night or even for 24 hours. The glass cup keeps the coffee brewing at a cold temperature which I like. It keeps the flavor nice as well. With the air tight vacuum seal it’s nice that it doesn’t get messy at all. In just a few easy steps you can make your coffee for on the go! Whenever I am in the mood for a nice cold cup of coffee for work or for home with company. I use this cold brew coffee maker from Sambangan. I give this product a 5 stars because how easy it is to use and the size. It doesn’t take much space and you can clean it within minutes. I think this would make a great gift also for those who are avid coffee drinkers in your family. I also give this product a 5 star review because I do enjoy that the filter doesn’t lose the coffee flavor like you have with traditional coffee makers where the beans dissolve into nearly nothing. This also can make probably 5-6 cups and can be safely Happy Reviewer here!
