There are two different set of dimension for this. The picture doesn’t look 5.91 inches. What size is it?

The supplier description says: Ikea Parkla Storage case, 55x49x19 cm (22x19x7). This would mean 55cm or 22 inches on the longer side; 49cm or 19 inches on the shorter side; and 19cm or 7 inches deep.

Will this fit a full size feather bed?

If by bed you mean comforter, yes it would fit. I'm am not familiar with a feather bed if it is something different than a comforter or feather blanket.
