I require a high dosage vitamin D supplement for a bone density problem (charcot) and this supplement is doing the trick! Also, I can't be in the sun because I take immunosuppressants and I can definitely feel the difference in my energy after taking these. I highly recommend these for anyone that requires a high dosage of vitamin D!
