What Great Custormer Service I Got From Dave
Hello Everyone, This projector is working Great with picture and sound that is being outputted into my sound bar through a 3.5 mini. What was so amazing to me, was the Customer Service I received from Chanel Audio. I had a small issue with the unit had reached out to Chanel Audio.I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism I received from Dave with resolving this issue.Dave went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved and that I was happy.Below is "Dave's" reply after the issue was resolved:"no worries. i am here to ensure your happiness. if you ever have a problem please contact us.."From a scale from 1 - 10 I give Chanel Audio and Dave a 20.They truly stand behind what they sell...Thanks again David and the Chanel Audio team!....catch you on my next order...Rich R

A Fantastic Projector! ...for about a month
This projector was everything I was hoping it would be. ultra short throw, high resolution, bright. it was everything I wanted it to be. and then about a month in the image was getting distorted. It would "pixelate" for lack of a better word. it was like the bulb was deteriorating or something. well since it was under warranty I sent it in to be fixed... AND I HAD TO PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES! ya.. not cool. I shouldn't have to pay a dime for their defective product. As I type this it is on it's way back to me and is due to arrive in two days. Crossing fingers that whatever the problem was is fixed. so far not a good experience with this thing.
