Are there any heavy metals such as lead found in your bone broth?

I have never had the bone broth chemically tested but if you're asking if I've seen metal and no I haven't. Open farms is very responsive to questions if you send it to them I'm sure they can tell you exactly I've looked at the ingredients and I've never seen it.

How long is this shelf stable in the pantry?

Unopened, shelf stable for years. Once opened, must be used quickly, or frozen.
