I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a TVS keyboard we purchased through your Amazon portal. Within only one month of use, several keys have stopped working properly. We attempted to resolve this through customer support, but the assistance provided was inadequate. We were directed to a contact at a TVS agency who was unhelpful and provided a service location that is a significant distance from our office. Traveling to this location would incur substantial travel costs, making the repair process impractical. We feel that our investment of Rs. 2,500 has been wasted due to the poor product quality and the lack of accessible support. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this product or the current service process to others. We request that you look into this matter and provide a more reasonable solution for the repair or replacement of this defective item.

The keyboard itself is excellent. Kailh white box switches, they are soft and better than red or blue switches that I've used. First keyboard i got, it had it's '+' key knocked out of the numpad, and would come off really easily. I had to return and order a new one. Rest of the keys were working excellent though. The second one arrived today. It's keys were not coming off like for previous one, however for the arrow keys - there was stiffness in them (other keys were fine), that should not be there for white box switches. It felt really odd and i had to replace this too. Hoping the third one will finally resolve this. The packaging of the keyboard is really poor for a 3.5k product. That is why I keep getting defective pieces, because the keyboard likely gets knocked around and breaks during transit. TVS needs to up it's game and provide foam padding while transporting it to seller. Update ** - 3rd keyboard was unfortunately the worst i received. Broken keys, broken body. I really have no idea how bad it is for the sellers to mess up 3 orders in a row. I have put in my last order, let's see how the 4th one turns out :// Update -- 4th one seems absolutely fine. It was sent wrapped in a sturdy foam. Keys are working smoothly, and everything is within expectations. Finally, forth time was the charm.. Satisfied 👍🏻

This an amazing Keyboard for the given price point. there some great advantages: 1. Its mechanical, the typing is amazing on a mechanical keyboard and the feedback from the keys is really good. 2. Its way cheaper than many other mechanical keyboards. 3. Its an Indian product, made by TVS electronics, which are making keyboards at least since last 20+ years. Although the keys used might be Chinese. 4. Build quality, is great and the typing experience is amazing. Minor Disadvantages: 1. There are no dedicated media keys or function keys. 2. Some people may find it noisy, however, to me this is the sound of quality. 3. This is out of my personal experience, the placement of space bar is bit awkward. so when i initially started using it the space bar I was feeling bit awkward to press it via thumb, however, it was just a matter of getting used to the keyboard style and layout. So its not really a disadvantage but just a matter of being habitual to it. Same is the experience with the small backspace key. Overall, its an amazing keyboard and people looking for a keyboard for office work and typing can buy it blindly. I can't say the same about gamers. While i purchased this one i did had a look at all other mechanical keyboards in the market, even the likes of Corsair mechanical keyboard. The problem for such high end keyboards is the price, i mean do an average user really needs so many fancy features? I doubt, still those who think they need those features given other high end keyboards can certainly go for it. But the thing is that this is a 2.5K keyboard and will easily last 4-5 years (I won't be surprised if it lasts 8-10 years). On the other hand a high end mechanical keyboard cost on an average 12-16K. So effectively i can buy, 5 or 6 TVS gold keyboard in the same price and use for next 20 - 25 years. Probably that's a bit too much of an extrapolation. :D Anyway, to summarize, this is a great keyboard for a person who is setting up a work desk for work from home. GO FOR IT !!!! Cheers.

I have recently started using the mechanical keyboards, as I feel that they provide real ease and please when you type on them. I purchased this keyboard from Amazon after going through a lot of positive youtube and other gadget-portals' reviews for this product. Coming to the keyboard please note that this keyboard's layout resembles the classical Microsoft keyboard of the 90s. It works on Mechanical key switching rather than membrane-based input, all the keys have individual underlying switches which generate the input. The keys have a tik-tik type sound which the old typewriters had, and if you love typing it will feel a piece of music to your ears, otherwise it will be just an irritating noise. The keyboard height is decent enough for typing, while its breadth is almost the maximum we can get for a keyboard. The switches in the keyboard are from Chinese 'Long Hua', not the Cherry-MX blue. The sound and feel of these switches are also at par but not like the original Cherry ones. I think TVS stopped the use of Cherry MX switches after 2017. As the hype goes this keyboard is claimed to be the best for typists but i do not feel so. The latest models do have sharp edges in the keys and while pressing the space bar you feel those sharp edges regularly. The clicking sound of the keys is great but they are hard to press. In a nutshell, the keyboard can be used by typists who have earlier used the typewriters and do not feel comfortable with smoother buttons. People working in banks, post offices and designing offices will find this keyboard useful but not the programmers and gamers. Overall, not a satisfactory product for me as I feel that the company has stopped innovating and is just selling the old cakes, based on their name in the market.
