Help my arm a lot

This balm is amazing. You do not need to rub in very much. A dime size dab is plenty for each area it is rubbed into. It warms up ,give it a few minutes . The warming is intense. And does disapate over about a hour. I place some on all my trouble areas. Low back, shoulders , tiny amount to upper back,elbow and right hand. I usually have 5%Lidocaine patches. I did not need any of them. This stuff is amazing!

I found that all the products from this German company live up to its statements of effectiveness. My wife is a massage therapist and once we received a referral from her friend to try it, we found every night application to the sore muscles allowed her to get to sleep. We began applying it first thing before going to work and found that helped her get through the day. recommend this for anyone whom have continual soreness.

Wenn das Balsam gut eingerieben wird, bei mir verstärkt im Rücken- und Nackenbereich, wird es richtig warm, und das hält lange an. Ich habe den Eindruck, die Muskulatur entspannt. Muss das natürlich noch beobachten. Mit entsprechenden Übungen zur Entspannung bekomme ich hoffentlich meine Schmerzen mehr in den Griff. Balsam ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wirkt an der auftragenden Stelle schnell sehr wärmend und lindernd. Wichtig: nur Hände waschen nach dem Auftragen nicht vergessen, besonders wenn man danach mal an die Augen kommen sollte ! Habe es bereits zum zweiten Mal gekauft.
