Quality is just alright. However, the level of reflection this hat has is wonderful. I use it nightly when walking our dogs because there are no sidewalks and the neighborhood is very dark. I've had people let me know how visible I am in this hat and I feel much safer when wearing it at night.

This hat is a tad too big for a woman with a small head but I don’t even care. This is such a cool hat. I’ve bought it twice (had to throw the first away as I spilled something on it). It’s perfect for visibility. I wear it for early morning runs and for walks with the fam after dark and all the cars can see me! This reflective hat works better than any visibility light you can buy.

Super reflective at night, dull grey in the daytime. Does not breathe, so be prepared for some sweat. But it's probably rainproof, or close to it. Adjusts with back strap. Fit my Midwestern female head just fine. Wrote on it, sharpie didn't bleed through.

It is a nice hat but I just can't recommend it because it arrives incredibly wrinklwd. It arrives all flatted out in plastic bag with all the air sucked out, kind of the way memory foam matresses come. So now you have a brand new, but very wrinkled hat.
