Good communication, delivery wasn't an issue. Had to pay import charges but these were refunded by seller through ebay. Easy enough to assembleSeems to be a bit of moment in the seat on the support i.e it rocks a little. Time will tell how steady it is and whether it was worth the money

Superb chair. It's more than suitable for the job. Now I'm of large build, I'm incredibly happy that it's wide, large & tall enough with room to spare and very comfortable. The only nag I have about the chair is the built in massager is quite weak but that's it. I only use that massage cushion as lumber support so it's plenty comfy enough without the added vibration 😁

Easy to put together and very very comfortable. As an avid adult gamer who enjoys long sessions its important to be comfortable and supported in all the right places.. this chair is ideal and at a great price. Highly recommended A*
