These are the best vacuum seal containers on the market. The heavy duty, high quality glass is unbeatable. They seal quite well and hold a vacuum without leaking. They will keep your food from molding or spoiling for much longer. I find them particularly useful for cheese and fresh vegetables. they work well. This is a good buy.

I use these to store my homemade sourdough bread. I slice the bread, put in container and freeze. Bread is just like fresh baked every time!!! These containers are such a time and money saver. No frost or ice or freezer burn on the food.

Wanted to love these. But Zwilling doesn’t make these products well. One of thes bins made a funny sound from the first time I sealed it. Unlike the other one. But it seemed to hold its seal at first so I didn’t return it. Now that it’s beyond the return date, it doesn’t hold a seal at all. I seal it and go to the fridge later and the lid is completely loose laying on top of the container. I bought the entire system!!! Over half of the bags don’t keep their seal in the freezer either. I’m not doing it wrong. At first I thought it was just one or two of them that must have come with pin prick holes. So I didn’t return the whole set. Then I thought I must just be grabbing the same defective bags over and over. I finally started marking them so I could tell which ones weren’t working, but by the time I realized it was so many that they were worth returning, the return window had closed. I loved the system at first. But when I go to the freezer later to retrieved contents from a bag, often the bag is not tight and the food inside is freezer burned. The glass containers that work are amazing. And the bags that work are great. But I spent a fortune on these. And I barely have anything to show for it. It makes me sad when I see them in my cabinet.

Update After another lid got cracked, I contacted Zwilling customer service, and they sent me two brand new full packages without returning the old ones. Great customer service. Now I have five large containers with two cracked lids. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The inner part of lid cracked after 4 months with only 2~3 uses. It seems that the material is not sturdy enough to sustain vacuum pressure. I considered trying Zwilling warranty program, but found out that shipping cost is on customer. I may have to wait until my other lids start cracking to save shipping cost. As I have invested heavily in Zwilling vacuum system, I don’t have much option but to keep it. It is shame that it would have been 5 stars without crack issue.

Purchased these as we are newly empty nester’s. We have a lot more leftovers and with this they keep. Love this item as it saves us money. Food doesn’t smell the fridge and doesn’t go to waste. Highly recommend!

I like everything about these storage containers from the look to the function. I highly recommend them.
