Monin - Granny Smith Apple Syrup (1 Liter) Great for Cocktails and Lemonades, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO (1 Liter + 50ml Sample)

I bought this to make drinks with, specifically the Moscato Sangria Olive Garden knock-off. While it didn't taste exactly like their drink, I didn't expect it to because they use apple puree and I used this. But this made a really excellent substitute. It was very sweet, it's a syrup after all, but it had that necessary apple flavor and tartness. I love it and will buy more to see what other drinks I can make with this.

I ordered the bigger one so I could also get the sample and maybe try something I wouldn't normally choose. The larger bottle was part of a gift so I will have to update on that.

This syrup is delicious but the bottle cap was loose when I received this. It leaked inside the inner box it was packed in and this seeped into the outer box onto other items. I only lost about an ounce of syrup but will probably not buy again due to the sticky mess I had to clean up. I have seen other reviews of Monin Syrup with this same complaint. Really wish they would learn how to cap their bottles.

This is a good tasting apple syrup! The consistency of it to the taste is perfect. Nice tart and tang with the apple flavor. The apple definitely stands out! Well be purchasing this again.

Tasted great. Tried it in coffee and it curdled when it was mixed with steamed milk.

Good strong sour flavor. Unfortunately the cap is loose as with most other customers experience. Product leaked into packaging and attracted ants as it was left at the door. Is Monin conspiring with the ant bait companies? Lol

I use this to make green apple soda and it's a hit with everyone I have served it to. I haven't needed to add any sugar or lime to balance the flavor. It's already at a stellar level making it very easy to guage the amount needed.
