I like the fact that each battery is stamped with the month and year of manufacture.
I like the fact that each battery is stamped with the month and year of manufacture. Having the date code on the battery is a nice feature. In my experience, most of these 14250 batteries don't do that. All the batteries tested good when I received them.

Excellent for motion detectors
When the security system alerts that it's time to replace any of the motion detector batteries every other year or so, we replace them all at the same time. These work great and the price is right. Update 10/22/2021 - a few years later, batteries need to be replaced, purchased a new set.

Quality fresh batteries for cheap!
Great batteries! I use them in my Pyle PTHDL170 USB weather logger at our remote cabin and they work very well. I try to never do a full drain on my batteries to the logger, that way it will always record data without any lapses, so I am not sure of their total life. I usually can get a little more than 4 months out of one of these 1/2AA batteries and I have nearly 4 months on one of these XENO batteries now, so they seem to be high quality with fresh dates. Can't beat the price, these 1/2AA can be expensive in battery stores.

but if you are replacing a battery in something this would be a great replacement. Note that although it is lithium
Is what it says it is. Simple 1.2AA battery at 3.6V. I intended to use this for a project until I realized the current draw in my application would be too high, but if you are replacing a battery in something this would be a great replacement. Note that although it is lithium, it is not rechargeable.

Don't buy these from Beiter Battery
I can't review these batteries on their merits, because they arrived from Beiter Battery almost dead--only one of them had enough juice to power the ADT alarm sensors I bought them for. As stated by other reviewers, they don't look like the photo on the product page, but who cares? What I do care about is that they have electricity in them, which these didn't. I tested them with two different battery testers to confirm that three of the four were in the red zone, but the proof was in the pudding: when installed, my alarm panel gave a low battery warning. I contacted Beiter to try to exchange them, and to their credit they got back to me promptly. But that's where their credit ended. They didn't offer cross-shipping, and they all but accused me of either lying or being a moron by saying that when they got the batteries back they'd test them and *if* they were really not fully charged then they'd refund my shipping costs back to them. What a surprise when, a few days later, I got an e-mail from them saying that they'd tested them and they all showed a full 3.6V. Never mind that that what really matters is the amperage they are producing, but they either have terrible battery testers, don't know how to read them or they are just plain dishonest, and petty to boot, since that tactic saved them a grand total of $1.71 in shipping costs. Either way, I will never trust them again as a source for batteries, and would recommend you do the same.

Works Well
Bought to replace alarm remote pad battery. Works very well and inexpensive compared to buying from alarm company. I have now bought multiple sets of these and so far I have not had any issues with the batteries that I got. I have bought all of mine from either MYBATTERYSUPPLIER or from BD Supply. Am using these on an older ADT security system -- replacing batteries in both the wireless sensors and the wireless keypads.
