I started taking this during cold season and haven’t gotten sick once. It feels gentle on the stomach and I like that it supports overall immune health naturally. Happy with this supplement.

How does one know if it's beneficial? Have not had any flu since adding this to my daily supplement regime. This is normal, have not had any flu in quite a few years, (same for the wife but I am out in public much more than her) partially, maybe, due to the annual std. type flu shots every early fall. After some some serious muscle pains (could barely get in or out of the car) from the 2nd covid shot knew there was not going to be any more of those and looked for an alternative. Take one each evening with the other supplements, maybe should take 2 or 3, but so far am doing well for an 83 year old. Monolaruin was recommended by a med. person working in a retirement complex with seemingly good results there for both the staff and residents. With no side effects it seems to be one of those, "If it works - Great - otherwise one has only wasted a little money".

I haven’t been sick since I started taking it last year. Some people take it daily. I do not. I wait until I feel something in my throat then I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. Within 1-2 days, I’m great again. Next time it’s in sale, I’m buying 2-3 bottles!

I read that Monolaurin had a higher impact on candida than just eating coconut oil. I already go through 54 oz of coconut oil a month with my cooking but needed something more powerful to heal leaky gut and kill candida. The first bottle I went through candida die off but since then I am on my second bottle and feeling stronger with more energy. My digestion seems to be better with less bloating and pain after eating. All the products for Monolaurin seemed very expensive and as a 71 year old on a fixed income they were way over my budget. Double Wood is reasonably priced, with the same level of milligrams and a larger quantity. It seems to be working! Of course killing candida can take a bit of time but I feel good having monolaurin in my arsenal of supplements to improve my health.
