**Q: Is it compatible with 3 pin or 5 pin switches?**
A: 5-pin switches will work in this keyboard without needing to modify them into a 3-pin configuration.  If you have 3-pin switches they should be able to mount in without issue, as well.

**Q: Why is it more expensive compared to the website?  If it is because of a different model, what are the differences?**
A: Hi, $20 shipping fee will be charged on keychron website, thank you.

**Q: Help, it wont connect to Bluetooth like ny other wireless devices. Bluetooth doesn't even recognize it.**
A: Put the switch on the left side into bluetooth and the use fn and either 1, 2, or 3, example hold down fn and 1, the blue light will flash. Then you have to select it on your device. I hope this helps.

**Q: Can the function key be set to be a windows menu key? Or can that only be done with software?**
A: The windows keys already exist. The pictures show the Mac options keys but they are the same as Window keys. They give you different keycaps to swap them with if you are using Windows. Also make sure the toggle on the side is set to windows.
