Solved my bogging problem !
Bought this for my 50cc et4 Vespa ( that means 4 stroke for the people who don’t know ) - I had cleaned the jets on the carburetor , replaced the fuels lines that were cracked , and the vacuum line to the petcock - it ran better but still was bogging down - I bought this as a potential problem solver several months ago , on my used 50cc Vespa , turning a wrench on these scooters is not that hard to do ! I never worked on a scooter or motorcycle before - back to the petcock - I drained the fuel that was in it by providing a vacuum on the vaccum line and the gas line to a receptacle - it is how this works - vaccum releases the fuel to the carburetor - and dumped the drained fuel into my lawnmower - pulled the petcock off and was rewarded with black slime from the fuel tank all over my hand !!!!!!! Slid the new petcock in after cleaning up the mess ( well it took some force - back and forth ) reinstalled the vaccum lines and fuel lines ( don’t get them mixed up - it will never run if reversed !!!!!) and voila ! I was up and running , turning in 2 minute quarter miles lol ! If you know you know ! It did run the epa regulated 30 + miles an hour

Vespa part
Part was an exact replacement. Worked fine and got bike started. Unfortunately it has other issues but the fuel is flowing now and that’s a start
