Pocket Gospels and Psalms-NRSV

These are wonderful. I keep extra on hand just in case I receive the opportunity to share one with someone. I have reordered multiple times. The cover has a nice, soft texture, and they are very resilient. Having been carried unceremoniously in my purse, they don't show much wear. I usually struggle with reading small print, but somehow I have no problem reading this pocket edition! Highly recommend. Incidentally, I have one copy that is now a third class relic of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus and Holy Face, because when I was unexpectedly given the opportunity to visit her relics, I had one on me!

Keep this one in your car. I do. I often find myself sitting in a parking lot waiting for one member of the family to complete an appointment, shopping or other activities. This is a good companion.

Having it in my pocket is very convenient when it is necessary to look up someone’s quote. In my daily readings, sometimes it Is necessary to look up a passage and this pocket book is handy.

This is perfect for your purse. Very thin paper, like a Bible, but readable and so far quite durable.

After listening to several different podcasts where they mentioned how the saints would carry the gospels in their pockets, I decided to try to find one. This is exactly what I wanted! The gospels and the psalms in a tiny format and best of all it’s in my favorite bible translation. It’s paperback, but it feels sturdy. Yes, the font is small, but I have no trouble reading it.

I just received it today and love it!! It's the perfect size to carry with you anywhere and the quality is outstanding! Highly recommended!

I wanted a pocket gospel I could carry in my purse and take out at times I would have been looking at my phone. This is the perfect size- also fits in my scrub pockets at work. Keeping the word of God close at hand! Also has held up better than I thought it would. Well made.

Love having the Gospels with me all the time. Fits perfect in back pocket. Only change I would recommend to publisher is having Jesus' words be in red.

My eyes are more suited for small print, so I have no complaints like some other reviewers. The pocket book is the perfect size—small and light to take everywhere!

A Catholic pocket size Bible with Gospels and Psalms is super good to carry with you. It fits in my jeans pocket. I recommend it thoroughly. Carry it and a Rosary and off you go into the day. Jesus loves you.
