Good stuff , i was worried at first reading all the reviews . I drink many coffee's everyday at work so im no stranger to caffeine ,i went full scoop first time this stuff felt great helped me pump harder and kept me awake after a long day at work . i loved the feeling only issue is i went to the gym from 5:30pm-8pm and its 12:55am now and i still kind of want to work out and am very awake , no jitters atm (had shaky hands though at the gym but it was after lifting so idk it also didnt really bother me). i got the strawberry watermelon popsicle flavor and it taste good definitely taste better than C4 . i honestly felt no discomfort , my body was hot and my face red but i enjoyed the sensation of the preworkout cooking off .I honestly cant wait to go to the gym again just so i can have an excuse to take some lol

Exelente. El mejor preentreno que he tomado . Vivo en Colombia , aca no se consigue y por eso lo compro en Amazon . Para quienes lo tomen por primera vez, al igual que muchos lo han dicho , les recomiendo que lo tomen de a poco mientras logran el cuerpo tolerarlo y asimilarlo bien. En la actualidad solo me tomo media porción 10-15 minutos antes de comenzar a entrenar, y durante el entrenamiento me tomo el resto. Te mantiene con la energía arriba todo el tiempo. 100% recomendado.Excellent. The best pre-workout I have ever taken. I live in Colombia, and it's not available here, so I buy it on Amazon. For those taking it for the first time, as many have mentioned, I recommend starting with small amounts while your body gets used to it and tolerates it well. Currently, I only take half a serving 10-15 minutes before starting my workout, and during the session, I take the rest. It keeps your energy levels high the entire time. 100% recommended.

I don't know how they do it, most preworkouts taste awful, but every flavor of edge of insanity I have tried has been like juice. Raspberry is by far my favorite. The effects of this preworkout are even better though, it will kick you awake and you won't want to rest between sets. If you're not taking this for the gym I recommend you get their far beyond driven capsules, it's the same effect without the extra ingredients for muscle endurance, it just makes more sense if you're not lifting.

So, I've always enjoyed the Edge of Insanity Pre-workout mixes. This one is no different. This review pertains to the Black Ice flavor. In the past I've enjoyed the Spiked Punch, and Cherry Bomb flavors so I decided to give this one a try. As always a good flavor. Kind of a Blackberry punch deal just like on the label. In terms of energy, this one usually has an immediate and a long term effect. The immediate effect can be kind of jittery, and the long term will keep you up. However, I've yet to find a product that makes as much of a difference in terms of lifting power and capacity. I recommend taking one scoop (or a half a scoop if you're new to the product) with water and crushed ice about fifteen minutes before your workout. It works that quickly. Please be careful with this stuff. It is not like G-Fuel which can be used purely for focus. This product is for serious workouts only. Fair warning. One might feel jittery or short of breath. Lower the amount if that is the case. I would also only use this a few times a week and not every day, but despite this caveat, I find this to be an exceptional product.

This is my absolute favorite pre work out!! All the flavors are great.

Fantastic, could not be happier. Due to 12+hr rotating shifts I had become immune to even the strongest energy drinks and was going through several a shift. This stuff with 1 dose gets me through a shift no problem with room to spare. Fast onset, long plateau, slow steady come down. No jitters or weirdness at all. It isn't cheap but still saving me money. Mixed this half and half with their other lions mane formula and it is smooth and zen like focus. This is my new go to repeat buy. Taste is great too and dissolves completely.

I usually never leave reviews for products, but as someone who's tried out a ton of different supplements in the past, I usually prefer something that has high stim and can give me a decent pump. My previous favorite was Chaotic Rage. That definitely lit a giant fire on me and I was hitting the weights hard. This stuff, hooooo boy! Easily my top favorite supp now, and one whole scoop has me lit for hours. You'll feel like a combination of Superman and the Hulk on this pre. It's so strong in fact, I'm not even sure I would recommend a full scoop. I think I may be real sensitive to some of the ingredients in this because (And this is a bit TMI), it will cause me to use the bathroom a few times and dry heave for a while. However, it may also be because of the high amounts of caffeine. Once that settles though, I get a really great workout in and I think it possibly helped with gaining more strength, size, and hitting PRs. I may try dialing it back to a half scoop and see if it's easier. Anyway, this stuff will give you the tingles with beta-alanine but won't make you wanna jump out of your skin (Again, YMMV). I do mix this with Ninja Swole and I get a real good pump out of it, but I also wanna try the pump version of this since apparently there is one. Highly recommend this and will purchase again, but be careful! It's real strong!

Good stuff taste is good, good pick me up but MAN! The poops are BRUTAL!! I’ve been taking it two weeks and it’s consistently flushed me out every time! Crazy
