Brussel's Live Gardenia Outdoor Bonsai Tree - 4 Years Old; 6" to 8" Tall with Decorative Container - Not Sold in Arizona

Awesome because of the way this plant was packaged,so secure in its own space in the box it arrived. Outstanding because the person that prepared it and packed it in the box did so with such care. This plant arrived in tacked and so heathy that I can’t believe it traveled from Tennessee all the way to Sacramento CA. When I opened the box and looked inside I felt like this company had just personally delivered this plant from across the street and not traveled from TN to CA. Great job in my delivery and thanks also to UPS for the care they took in making sure these live plants arrive safely to their destination in good condition. This bonsai did not have blooms but as you can see it’s healthy n green. The soil was moist n well watered. I placed a humidity tray with colored pebbles n have it indoors for a few days before placing out on the balcony. I’ve given her the name “Laura” because I received her on my mom who passed aways heavenly birthday 11/14. Came days earlier than scheduled! Upon opening the box the bonsai was delicately wrapped around the base and packaged and bonsai were very secure. Can’t wait to see how this bonsai turns out. Also already has a flower bud on it. Hope I can keep this beauty alive for as long as possible!

If you are on the west coast it takes 7+ days to arrive. The trees get traumatized and die quickly. I e bought around 10 trees of different varieties from Brussels bonsai. Both on Amazon and from their website directly. All of them had bugs. Aphids and larvae in the soil. If you put them next to other plants they will get aphids too. I have only received 1 broken pot. Customer service was a nightmare. Emailed them and they shipped a replacement pot. It was smaller than the original pot and would not fit. I called directly to get a proper sized pot. The first person couldn’t answer a single question. She put me on hold everytime. Then she put me on hold while I was talking. The office manager Lisa was dismissive and a bit rude. Buyer beware. I’ve reviewed many of them so I could save someone the hassle. Sincerely, or sadly, 10 dead trees

By and large the wife loved the plant. She keeps several different species. The packaging was amazing and it was held in place very securely. The canopy was mostly green but a good deal of yellowed/yellowing leaves. Also it was infested with fungus gnats which we are currently treating while the tree is in quarantine.

I ordered this for mother's day since my mom loves Gardenias. I looked around at a couple different websites but they were way too expensive to get it here quickly. I was a little hesitant with this listing because the reviews weren't that great but I took a chance and went for it. I ordered it from Amazon on Tuesday May 7 with One Day Shipping. It says it usually takes 2-3 days to ship, and the expected delivery date was May 13-14 (the day after Mother's Day). However, it shipped the next day, the 8th, and I received it the 9th, 2 days before Mother's Day! I opened the box and it looked good! There were no broken branches and the pot was intact. The tree looks healthy and green. There are no blossoms on it yet but hopefully they come in soon. The pot is white instead of the blue that is pictured but that's ok; it looks good either way. I highly recommend getting One Day or 2 Day shipping (free if you have Prime) so the plant isn't sitting in the box for 5 days. It came with plastic over the dirt so the moisture would stay in, but that would dry up pretty quickly. Plus, these plants need some sunlight so being smothered in a box is not the healthiest. Bottom line - This is a good plant. Order from Amazon and you shouldn't have a problem.
