We had our bathroom remodeled this summer and our 4yo got pretty bad scratches from bumping into the spout. We ordered the whale to protect against bumps/scrapes. It doesn’t work when put on top like the product description for this small of a spout, but happy to report we found a new way that works great!Just stick the small spout through the whale blowhole. The water still comes down unobstructed and protects pretty well from kids bumping into the spout.Gets the job done and would recommend this way.

It's so nice to have something to pad the tub faucet! The kids like the cute whale shape, too. I like how it can hang up on the curtain rod to dry!

I had to get this because my boys love trying to grab the water spout in the tub and slip and hit their heads. Looks cute and fun for bath time. The only complaint I have it I wish the strap to adjust was a bit stronger, it did come loose once during bath time because my kids kept trying to grab it. Overall it serves its purpose.

Just put this on and the baby got a bath tonight. Worked well, water flowed through the opening fine. Later I took a shower and had no problem pulling the diverter knob up through the opening for the shower flow above. Feels good knowing the kiddo is protected from the spout edges now.

I purchased this for my great granddaughter because she would always hit her head on the facet while taking a bath! It is very soft so now her head is protected!! I would recommend this item!!

Works well and is easy to instill/remove. Has saved my son's back on multiple occasions from getting scraped while taking a bath. Highly recommend.
