NICREW SlimLED Aquarium Plants Light, Fish Tank Light with Wired Timer and Extendable Brackets, 75-95 cm

Saw these when they were about £40.00 then reduced to about £20.00, so thought why not try one on my Fluval 57L Flex desktop nano which holds a couple of clownfish, couple of cleaner shrimp & a hardy soft coral (Green star polyp). Very bright LEDs which ramp up nicely over 15 minutes & compact light unit & 100x brighter than the original light that came with the tank. Timer function works well & is ideal for the coral. Have placed the light directly above the coral & it seems to like it, full of brighter colour after two days and already visibly growing by a couple of mm across its rock/mini reef setup. Appears sturdy but I wouldn't place it under a hood as it generates quite a lot of heat, so I have it placed on the aquarium edges open to the air, which allows the heat to dissipate nicely. Had to get rid of the hood completely as a result & make a few adjustments to other bits of equipment, but it was worth it. For £20.00 an ideal light & looks good the way it sits over the aquarium. I am pleased with it.

I have bought this for 185 litre aquarium with lots of plants and was worried it wasn't going to be strong enough to light up all the tank. It is amazing and I'm just about to order one for my smaller tank. The plants are growing really well it fully lights up the whole tank it's amazing and so easy to fit you just place it over the top of your aquarium I love it and totally reccomend. UPDATE... the light has now stopped working after only a few weeks so sending back for a refund. The light is NOT WATERPROOF so not useful for any aquarium as the condensation has gotten into the light

Worked perfectly for around 1 year before the control unit stopped working. Great light let down by poor controller.

Bought may 2023 and it’s only just popped it’s clogs on me. Mine was used for my spiders and mantis and has been great until now. It actually produces the perfect amount of heat when it’s on too which has worked great in the winter and summer as I have been able to turn the heat cable off and just have the light or have both in the winter chill. Honestly it’s SO bright, so much so that I found I was getting freckles sitting next to it in the winter lol so I had to put bloody sun cream on 🤣🙈🙈🙈 (it’s above my headboard). All in all a solid good lamp, the timer function worked great till about three weeks ago and at the same time the white lights started to not always work. 4 stars for that only cause otherwise it’s been absolutely fabulous!!

I've got two of these lights now, which work great on my 80L and 155L Aqua Oak tanks. Easy to install and fits just right, even the price tag is good. The setting/timer are easy to use and the Brightness of the lighting compliments my tanks landscape. Overall 10 out of 10. If they ever need a product testing, feel free to get intouch. You've got an Awesomw product there.

This is a replacement for one that failed, I have more that one of these unit and only one failed, they replaced it as soon as i advised them of problems.

Nice and bright. White and blue. Fit the tank perfectly, easy to use. However it has caused the growth of green moss or fungus or mold, I don't know, green slime. Google says the light is too bright.

Por el precio no está mal pero definitivamente le falta potencia de luz, yo las utilizo para terrarios y no son lo suficientemente potentes para plantas de altos requerimientos, no las recomiendo si necesitas potencia igual son bastante incómodas para configurar

Update: it has not been very long that it is in use but my plants are improving and ones that would turn red in good light are doing just that. Very very happy with this light. My Amazon plants are getting really dark green too. They were doing really poorly before. I had a fluorescent fixture before and it was not bright and there were shadows in the tank. Switching out to this light and it is really nice and bright. Simple to setup if you follow the directions. I did not change the brightness as it is bright enough. Really hope it supports my live plants as they were visibly struggling under the original light. It came in the original packing which was sufficient for the light. I have been quite happy with all the lights I have purchased from them and won’t hesitate to switch out my submersible in my 5 gallon planted to one of these down the road.

Sehr geiles Teil, das auch Sonnernaufgang und Untergang und Mondphase simuliert. - Die Fische springen darauf an. Wir haben seitdem Nachwuchs im Becken ohne Ende.
