Get the MV108. It has higher resolution and more importantly a brighter LED. Build quality is exceptional. Plug and play with my Apple laptop and free 'Quick Camera' webcam software from the Mac App Store. I use mine for automotive inspection and bore scoping in my home garage. I love it!

This was a gift for our mechanic son who has an Autel scanner. Works about average for a camera like this compared to my stand-alone Harbor Freight unit. These cameras have orientation issues, especially using the mirror, so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at.

I like the compactness..... only downside is the too-short cable! Very good resolution!

This is a great inspection camera. I'm using it with my Autel MK908 and I really like it because you get a very clear image that fills up the entire 13" screen. I also have a hand held but find that I'm no longer using it as much due to the small screen size. I also received a second MV108 as a gift so one of the cameras will have to be returned .
