Disappointed in the lifespan of the bulb
This daylight bulb started out working fine, then it started taking longer to get up to full brightness. Today, after ten minutes, it's barely bright enough to light my desk, and when you consider the lamp is right over my desk, that's saying something about how dim it's become. Seems to me that to get real value for the money, a bulb should perform well for longer than a year (it will be a year in September 2025). I'm disappointed and wouldn't buy another one or recommend it. UPDATE Nov. 3, 2025: I didn't use the light for about a month when I was traveling and now, the bulb is so dim I can hardly tell it's on. Looks like I'll have to buy another one. Hope I can find one that lasts for years like the original bulb did.

Fits ott lamp
My mom has an ott lamp. They are price little suckers and if you go to them the replacement bulbs are pricey. I decided to try this replacement bulb for her. It fit. It costs tons less. And I have a happy mom!!!
