Great quality at a great price !
Works great , as a dialysis tech I don’t see my self spending the crazy price of the other name brands . Nice colors to choose from, good weight and sounds are nice and clear . Definitely would buy again .

5 stars for what I want out of a stethoscope...amazing sound clairty and noise reduction...
For the price ($19US), the quality, the sound, I am amazed and can't believe this product. Mainly used to hear intestinal sounds; the clarity and bold loudness of the scope is shocking. The intestines make some seriously scary noises, at times I thought the howling and groaning of hell was right next to my ears! I checked out five other scopes and tried my friend's Littmann, none came close to this Clairre--for $19 bucks (when I bought it). The chest-piece is hardy, a bit heavy and tough, the scope-head does a very nice job drowning out environmental noise too. As stated the scope head is a bit heavy, but that's not a concern for me, I don't have it hanging around my neck throughout the day. Will be buying another--don't why the price differs from on to another--quality issue--won't know until my next buy. The chest-piece membrane/diaphragm is sensitive and seems more heavy duty than the others I tried. For the price, this product is worth its weight in high valued gold. [This review is not sponsored. Stethoscope
Love this stethoscope was very concerned with how low the price was however, it has turned out to be one of the best stethoscopes I have bought recommended it to a coworker. She bought one absolutely loves hers as well. I have since had it for about a year now the color has not faded. The earpieces fit perfectly in my ears without any discomfort.

Works very well
I lost two of my Littman and had to give this one a try. And definitely did not disappoint. You can hear murmurs loud and clear and its very durable with a quarter of the price of Littman. However it is a little heavy on the neck otherwise it works very well!

Great affordable stethoscope!
Absolutely love this stethoscope. I have been a nurse for over 7 years and have always been a fan of Littmanns but not their price tag. I had a Littmann similar to this that was stolen and needed a quick replacement. The sound is great, ear peices are comfortable, its flexible - not stiff like some brands, affordable, came in the ordered colors , and seems pretty sturdy (I may have shut it in my car door the first day I got it). Highly recommend!

Exactly what you see you get
Works amazing, looks exactly like the picture, sounds are clear, comes with everything shown in the picture. Sits very comfortably in the ears, great sound quality for less money than the other leading brands of stethoscopes.

Needs better diaphragm
Decent build quality, nice ear tips (a little firmer than Littmann). The paint is OK, a little messy, but seems fairly durable. Binaurals are set at a fixed angle and cannot be adjusted. Tubing is pretty standard, not as flexible as I'd like. The weight is ok; the chestpiece is a bit heavy and definitely overkill for such a flimsy diaphragm. They could have removed some excess material or made it out of a lighter alloy. It feels fine in the hand.In terms of acoustics, it's fine for manual BP and acceptable for lung sounds. For heart sounds, it's muddy and muffled. This is mostly due to the poor quality diaphragm, which is a simple piece of plastic (presumably PET) film held by a rubber ring.A high quality diaphragm has a (usually fiber reinforced epoxy) membrane with a rubber suspension that allows it to flex (a "tunable" or "dual frequency" diaphragm). This is crucial for a single-head design, allowing it to perform the functions of both a traditional diaphragm and bell. Using a better diaphragm would probably raise the production cost by a couple dollars, which I suppose is significant at this price range. If this had a tunable diaphragm, it would easily deserve 5 stars. As it is, for the price, it would be fine for casual use outside of clinical practice.
