The item I ordered (based on picture and description) is not the item I received. I decided I could work with that even though I wanted a simple black book, not a bright blue green book with pink flowers on it. After working to organize and input all my address/telephone information into the book I did not order, I realized there was an anomaly in the alphabetical tabs -- there was no IJ tab (a second WX tab was in its place). I suppose in the overall scheme of things this is not a big deal. But it is VERY annoying. What kind of quality control would not identify (and correct) an issue like this? I obviously have no way of knowing, but do wonder if these are being passed off to get rid of them. I didn't send back because of the hours I already put into my work. Very disappointing!!

Easy to to write in and read

BUYER BEWARE The product received was not the product shown in the photo. Recived something definitely not what i wanted and of inferior and limited capacity. They are more than happy to allow you to return it. Where they get you is charging $ 4.01 for the product and $ 6.81 for freight. When you return the product the postage can cost you almost $ 4.00 you loose the $ 4.00 + $ 6.81 in the hopes of maybe getting a dollar back.
