Purchased for our granddaughters bike. We pyrchased pink lights & it dresses up the bike very girly!

Our second set of these we bought to replace the older ones. These are on a lightweight wire you just wrap around the bike frame. Easy to install. And with a previous set we did find the battery box rubber strap breaks eventually but we just strapped it on with a small bungee after it broke. And if the wire breaks the lights before the break will still work (happened eventually on the previous set). Over time the battery box leaked so we eventually replaced with this new set (the bike sits outside a lot and lights lasted a year or two at least). Nice bright little lights to add visibility to the bike at night.

This is the second one that I've bought. I put it on my son's bike and he loves it. It works well to make him visible to drivers when we ride in the evenings our at night, but to him it makes him feel like his bike is super cool. My son's drum instructor saw them and said he wanted to get some to wrap around his bass guitar. I imagine they could be used on all kinds of things. They were easy to install both times. The battery pack lasts a long time. As a matter of fact, the first one he had for over a year and never changed the batteries. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5th star was why we ended up buying the second one top begin with. The first one broke after leaning the bike against the edge of the truck bed during transport. The wire that the LEDs are strung along is very thin. This is a tough one though because if it were any thicker, it would be more difficult to install and generally less pliable. Although, had it been thicker, it would have severed the wire so easily. That's why this issue didn't affect my decision on the repurchase. I would recommend this product.

Son put the lights on his custom clunker for Christmas. They look gr3eat!

I first saw this at Walmart so I bought it as an impulse and it was a good light at night. They only had one color at the store so I bought this one and it's a totally inferior design. This one is much more difficult to install because of the small screws you have to deal with to change batteries. This cases does NOT seam water-tight at all. The other one has a self closing mechanism that's much better and is lined with a rubber gasket. This one has nothing. This one uses velcro which sucks when wet and breaks down. The other one had a simple tight rubber strap closing that worked better and easier than dealing with 4 tiny screws. Same company for sure just different designs and it's hard to shop and see a difference because there are no model numbers either. Bottom line there is a better version available and this one IS NOT IT.

These lights are awesome! My daughter has green, and I chose purple. When we ride our bikes at night there are so many people yelling at us complimenting us on the lights. I have lost count of how many people have said something about how cool the lights are. I do recommend them for a bike. We bought 1 for each wheel, and one for the frame. Each light has a box that takes 3 double A batteries.
