Made amazing grape jelly 😍 I make big batches and the container of pectin from my local grocery store was just too small and expensive. This big bag of pectin was affordable and my jelly set wonderfully, with lots of pectin left for future batches. This will definitely be my go-to pectin going forward!

It's a great price for the amount you get, but there arent any instructions. So be ready to consult google and trial and error if you are new to jamming.

I think it's an amazing deal for the price you pay. I use a little bit more than what the sure gel brand is recommending like a tablespoon or whatever nothing major because you still are getting it like way way cheaper.

This product is listed as fruit pectin and labeled as such in the images. The product you will receive is 78% dextrose by mass. I was not happy to receive a $25 bag of sugar with 7 ounces of fruit pectin mixed in.
