I'm not going to lie the taste really is awful but not gagging awful and you don't swallow it so I gargled with it twice the first day I got it and I will say there was at least 60% improvement on my throat and I gargled with it the following day in the morning when I got up and so far it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I really don't have any pain and in fact the gland in my neck is also feeling better than it was. I would recommend this to anyone despite the flavor because it works and I couldn't be more elated because I feel 100% better today after using this.
