I usually wear 10.5. You don't have this size. Can i return them if size 10 don't fit me?

I think you could, i ordered 10.5 and they are a bit lose.

They have some water resistance but not waterproof. I have been wearing them on snowy ground but not completely submerging them in snow. I have had them semi wet and had no problems. There are a lot of air holes along the front making total waterproofing not easy.

It says free shipping and yet it’s charging me an extra $12.47 for shipping. Why?
