My problem is that I have a prosthetic left arm and can not effectively use the left brake lever. I searched for a single handle hydraulic brake lever that could control both front and rear calipers but could not find one. I found the Pyramid Alloy Mountain Bike Dual Cable Brake Lever and decided to replace my hydraulic calipers with mechanical calipers. I 've put about 150 miles on the bike with this brake lever and the mechanical brake calipers and they are working great. The dual cable brake lever was easy to install and the cables can be adjusted to change brake balance between the front and rear calipers. I was able to use the brake rotors that came with the bike and have not had any problem with this combination. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to control 2 mechanical brakes with 1 lever. Review: Convience and ease while braking - I installed on my motorized bike.
