Arrived damaged
Purchased as a gift. I tried to exchange but wasn't able to online. Very disappointed.

Not the same
I was given a box of Harrod’s tea from England and couldn’t get enough of it. When I ran out I came straight to Amazon and bought it. Unfortunately the taste isn’t the same as the original from the UK. I’m disappointed because I can’t find it anywhere else online. I’ll have to make a trip across the world someday to get my favorite tea.

Tin was damaged and returns aren’t accepted.
Price is good and I’m sure the flavor is fine but the tin was shipped in a lightly padded envelope and arrived damaged. This item was purchased as a gift but I won’t gift it now that the tin is damaged. I would like to ask for a replacement but apparently returns aren’t accepted. Money wasted!
