Better Than the Bottle — Makes My Hair So Soft!
I am so glad I tried this Kitsch Shea Butter Conditioner Bar — it’s honestly better than any bottled conditioner I’ve used! My hair feels noticeably softer and more hydrated after every wash. I love that it’s packed with shea butter and other natural oils — my hair feels nourished and smooth without feeling weighed down. It works great even on my dry, color-treated hair. Another huge plus is that it’s eco-friendly and zero waste. I feel good knowing I’m not adding another plastic bottle to the landfill, and the bar still lasts a long time. It’s easy to use, smells amazing, and leaves my hair shiny and healthy-looking. If you’re on the fence about switching to a conditioner bar — do it! This one works better than the bottle and makes my hair feel so soft every time. Highly recommend! 🌿✨

Good product!
This is my second time purchasing, and I don't have many complaints! The bar smells good, but not exactly what you'd expect. It feels nice on your hair and you don't feel like you're sacrificing any luxury by using a bar instead of liquid conditioner. I will say that you should make sure that you store it so it has air flow and isn't sealed somewhere, because the bar can sometimes secrete some oil (this happened to me when I traveled with it in a plastic bag between hotels.) Even then, it still works great. I highly recommend also getting the mesh bag so you can hang it and hold it easier.

Smooths dry frizzy hair
Is it heavy? Yes. Is it the only thing that works on my hair? Also yes. My hair is so dry no matter what conditioner I use. And I’ve tried oils and leave ins but they weigh my hair down too much. This is the best that I’ve found. My hair feels so soft and the smell is nice. People complaining that it breaks a part, you don't need to push on it. Just rub your hands over it like you’re rubbing them together and there should be enough. Keep it in a dry ish place for the shower and you should be good.

TRY IT!!!
So I’m a hairstylist and have always used high end conditioners. Recently moved with my boyfriend and he doesn’t have cosmoprof and places for licensed stylist to get whole sale products and I found the retail price of those products was just not worth it. I tried many basic not high end ones as well based off reviews and they all made my hair drier. I have roots that get oily fast but my ends are very dry and frizzy. I’ve tried leave in treatsments and everything. Nothing helped. I saw this and have never tried anything solid for shampoo or conditioner. I’ve not tried the shampoo but this bar of conditioner is AMAZING. I usually have to use a leave in WITH regular after I shower to detangle. Not with this. My hair is so silky and brushed out silky after my shower didn’t need anything to detangle. My hair is so smooth and shiny on the ends now and feels so good. SO HAPPY I tried this. New holy grail! I don’t have a before pic, but the pic I added is my ends after a single use.

Not worth the work to get useable amount
You have to really wet these in order to get any amount of conditioner off the bar to use. So almost like a really really hard baked cookie that you're trying to dunk in coffee (I'm a little biased here) to soften and in order to eat you dunk it in, leave it for a couple seconds and you're able to get just the outer layer. You eat that and you have to continuously dunk to work your way through the cookie in order to eat it all. That's what these conditioners remind me of. -You have to get it really wet and lather it a lot in order to get any conditioner to use. To help combat this I had put them in lathering bags, which kind of helped but still it's a lot of work to get a usable amount of conditioner and quite frankly more work than I wanted to. -I mean yay for saving plastic bottles but the amount of water and elbow grease that you're replacing that with I'd rather just go with the liquid. The formula seems to be great especially on sensitive skin scalp hair and more or less once you get it usable it does do what it seems to claim. But getting it to that point is just a bit ridiculous. I did notice, looking at the pictures, that they seem to have changed the bars a bit since I bought them, which wasn't actually that long ago, so they're no longer flat so maybe that might help. Frankly the frustration of getting a usable amount out of these things, I wouldn’t want to try them again.

Possibly the best conditioner ever!!
I purchased this yesterday and used it for the first time. My hair is very thick and very course. It also tends to be very frizzy. I have used many types of hair care products and I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised with this conditioner bar. I was originally attracted to it because I thought it would be great for travel. No matter how well I package the travel sized shampoo and conditioner, it always leaks. I figured the bar would make things much simpler. I did not realize that the conditioner would work as well as it did!! My hair is so soft and frizz free! It lathered well and was easy to work through my very thick hair, to the scalp. I highly recommend trying it!!

Crumbling mess
This bar arrived already crumbling. I hoped it would stick together when wet, so went ahead and traveled with it. Sadly, it only crumbled more with each shower, dropping little pieces all over the shower floor that I had to try to keep out of the hotel drain (ew). It doesn't exactly lather, so I tried to rub it into my hair which of course caused more of it to break off in my hair. It was then a challenge to get it all rinsed out. I ended up just leaving what remained of it in the hotel trashcan after my 9 day trip. Would definitely not buy again.
