We highly recommend this powder. Have used this over the past few years and can testify to its efficacy. Easily mixes with water and works quickly to restore depletion. First learned about this product from our Chiropractor. For anyone working in the elements, I say you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered this and when I received it I was in the middle of food poisoning. This product helped keep me hydrated during the ordeal. Since then I have used this prior to running and it has helped reduce cramping and fatigue. The only down side is the taste is not the best. I will be buying this again.

Thank you for making a product with a lot few fillers, colors, chemicals, calories and artificial flavors than any other brand I could find. It helped me recover and get through my critical medical issues and recovery. I don’t want to pollute my body with brands with colors and unnecessary chemicals and artificial flavors in the product. It taste like canned coconut water, it’s much better taste than drinking chemicals for added flavor.

I should have read the reviews before ordering, it really does taste terrible, wish I could return but can't.

I bought some other highly reviewed products off of here but went back to this, it was great that is didn't have a flavor and mixed up well. I will continue to buy this product!

This electrolytes formula was prescribed to me by my naturopathic physician. I prefer it to sports drinks since it doesn’t contain the unneeded ingredients most of those drinks have in them. As far as flavor/texture, it was recommended that I scoop onto my tongue (little by little or you’ll cough) and then drink water afterwards-I find that it tastes almost like pixie sticks (not as sweet). It works very fast at restoring energy. I took some shortly after a tennis lesson in 99* heat and felt it worked very quickly at replenishing my body of electrolytes. My kids also prefer taking it as straight powder than mixed in water.

The stuff doesn't taste good. I've been enjoying Metagenics and Design for Health Exloectrolotyes both for their flavor and their function but this stuff doesn't taste good. Almost, negative neutral. The price is good but I still need to see if they work as well as the other ones do. Its been about a week since we've gotten them and Ive gotten to test them side by side with Metagenics and Designs for Health electrolytes and I can confidently say that these are not effective and they don't taste good. When I drink one of the other brands I mentioned above they actually quench my thirst. These do not. Save your money and buy the other brands. Yes, they are more expensive but they are worth it in terms of effectiveness AND taste.
