Fantastic
I needed a zinc source to take along with my magnesium supplements, and this one is the best IMO. The lemon flavor is nice and the effects are noted quickly. I take the supplements with food and have a much more stable energy level. Better sleep as well, and less leg muscle twitches when falling asleep. I'll be buying these again! UPDATE: I forgot to buy these again, and I can feel the difference without them. They definitely were supporting sleep related functions. So I'm getting more now to get those benefits back!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was recommended these from a friend, I travel for my job and always get sick. I’ve been taking these for a month and a half or so now! They taste good and seem to be working so far. I would say one bottle lasts a month for me, so would recommend buying two! Value for money: Not expensive. Effectiveness: Seems to be working as intended!
