Set it up to make sure everything worked and we liked it. As I unboxed the tree I found several of the pine cones crushed beyond repair. Called customer service and after waiting more than 15 minutes I was told that they did not have replacement cones. Will have to make my own replacements. As I put the tree together I found that the power pole worked great but the individual sections were a little loose and wobbly, a little tape arount the pole sections should cure this problem, I will use metal tape to insure no electrical issues.The tree itself is very pretty and full but a little messy (glitter) when setting it up.On person said the lights did not remember their last setting, no so, they resume their last setting when turned on.All in all I would recommend this thee but not at the retail price of $600, I got mine for apx $365 which made the minor inconveniences acceptal.I also submitted an email question to customer support and was told their 6 inch extension pole and rotating tree stand would not work, wrong, they will both work with this tree.Based on my experience with their horrible customer service I purchased the extended warranty from Amazon. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty tree but pricey for a tree that does not come with a remote *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2021* Tree was a little disappointing. I am a fan of National Tree Company and have been for many years so usually they make a quality product but this one just didn’t impress me much. Although it was very easy to put together (pole to pole light connection is awesome!) I give that feature 5 stars for best idea ever, the tree is very heavy and messy when you put it together. I had about 3 pine cones that when the first section was opened up, fell on the floor. Even with that I kept going. It fluffs nicely and if you assemble the bottom and fluff the branches then put the middle on and fluff those and lastly put the top on it really is a pretty tree. It wasn’t as lifelike as I was expecting for the price and it is a bit wobbly. Even after it is tightened in the stand, the mid and top sections wobble a bit. What I disliked the most and was most dissatisfied with was the way the lights operate. There are several different settings for the lights but no remote to set them. You have to set them by the foot peddle which in my opinion for the price of the tree should have been rethought. I am not a fan of colored lights on a tree so skipping passed the colored lights, color twinkle, blinking and then their are a couple of single and red-white, red-blue etc settings I finally got to the white lights. The white will steady burn, blink or twinkle. Twinkle white was my favorite but after standing there stepping on the foot peddle for what seemed to be 10 or so times every time the tree is turned off, you have to go through all of that again. I am also very particular about cords showing so the pedal makes the cord have to stick out from the tree skirt so you can access it without having to climb behind it. For the price of the tree it really should have come with a remote.
