Toto Ultramax II
Fits my Toto Ultramax II toilet perfectly, works great.

Took about 2 minutes to install - no tools - better than the original Toto flush handle
I almost ordered the Toto flush handle on Amazon which is 3 times the price of this one, but am glad I selected this one instead. The glowing reviews as well as the fact that my Toto handle failed made me think I might as well just order the generic. I am so happy I did. This looks just as good (actually better, since it's chrome instead of white) as the original flush handle. It has a brass flush arm (I made up that word but you know the piece) that seems sturdy, and the whole thing just works, no muss no fuss. Buy this. You'll be happy and can move on to much more important things in life!

You can bend it to fit
This is a decent quality flush handle for the price, and the arm is brass. Apparently we have a weird toilet tank that is not a rectangle, but a rhombus (wider at the back). That means the flush handle sticks into the tank at an angle and a normal straight chain arm would point toward the back. I needed the arm to have an initial bend to set the arm across the front of the tank. This looked right in the picture, but in fact the bend was the opposite of what I needed (even more toward the back). It looked like it might work perfectly if I could flip over the brass arm inside the handle, but it was fixed in one place. I took off one star because I had to bend it quite a bit to reverse the bend it had, but at least it was decent brass and not hard to make fit my weird tank.

Inexpensive and Functional Replacement
For whatever reason, Toto flush handles seem to fail regularly - they break around the threads where the handle mounts to the side of tank. The previous Toto replacements I've purchased have been significantly more expensive than the OULII product - and also typically had high shipping fees from the plumbing supply houses that stocked them. This flush handle installed easily - I only had to remove the square black gasket around the post that goes into the mounting hole on the tank. I imagine the gasket is there for toilets with a slightly larger mounting hole. I did note that the angle of the lever is not quite the same as the Toto original - the 45 degree section that comes off the handle is shorter than on the original. The only minor complication this created was that I needed to turn my flush valve slightly so that the flush lever cleared it. Once installed it worked like a charm. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts at least as long as the others I've used. But at a fraction of the cost, I'm not worried if I do need to replace it after a year or two.

Fit Our Toto Toilet
Worked in our Toto CST743S toilet perfectly. Ours did not need the little elastic band around the part that slides into the side of the tank. Removed that piece and it fit snugly in the opening. This replaced another brand that only lasted about three years and is no longer sold on Amazon. Seems well made and looks nice. UPDATE: The original lever handle is still working perfectly. Purchased it again to replace another one that failed in the same model toilet in our guest bath and it also works perfectly. The one it replaced was always a little difficult to flush. It needed an extra hard push on the handle. The one we removed had a straight arm that pulls the chain up whereas this one has a slight jog that goes around the filler. That small bend makes a huge difference and now only takes a mild push to get it to flush. We have three of the same model Toto toilets. I'm buying some backups today!

Seems OK, but the square rubber collar does not fit my Toto ST743S
The quality, I'm sure, is fine. However, I bought this model specifically because it advertises compatibility with my model Toto toilet. Unfortunately, though, the small rubber, square collar which supposedly is designed to make it compatible with my model toilet is too large for the actual opening on the side of the tank. I tried to gently wedge it in with a flat screw driver, but no luck. The opening is just too tight. So now the rubber collar mostly rests on the outside of the tank The handle seems tightly enough installed, though, and doesn't move when flushing. I needed a handle and it kind of, sort of fits so decided against sending it back. But I feel it's a little bit like false advertising. Thus, if you're looking at this model because of supposed compatibility with a Toto toilet then I recommend you look elsewhere.

Worked Great for my Toilet!
I'm so glad I found this product on Amazon. I have a toilet made by Universal-Rundle (Sears), which originally came with a chrome push-button flush lever. [photo 1] From day one, this push button was a real pain in the butt (pun intended), because it always required an uncomfortable amount of force to activate. Why the manufacturer chose a push button instead of the much more common rotating lever handle is a mystery. After some 20 years of use, the push button on my toilet finally broke. I easily found identical push button replacements on the Internet, but I didn't want to go that route again if I could help it. Lucky for me, I found this lever handle on Amazon. Like so many of the other reviewers, I also had to remove the square black rubber gasket from the replacement flush lever to get it to fit my toilet. I also had to go a step further. My toilet has an oval-shaped hole rather than a square hole in the side of the tank for the flush lever. [photo 2] The oval hole wasn't quite large enough in height for the replacement flush handle to fit, even after I removed the black rubber gasket. I used a Dremel rotary tool with a small diameter cylindrical grinding stone and ground a small amount of ceramic away at the top and bottom edges of the toilet tank's flush lever opening. It didn't take much grinding, it ended up more like polishing the edges smooth from their factory original rough finish. That's all it took and then this replacement flush lever fit and works perfectly! [photos 3 & 4] The quality and finish of this replacement OULII flush handle is quite good, especially for the price and I highly recommend it. The only thing is, it took a while to get used to the fact that our toilet now has a flush lever instead of a push button. For about a week, we kept trying to push on the side of the lever instead of rotating downward. [grin]

This one is perfect!
I purchased 3 handles for my side-mount toilet. The first 2 wouldn't work. They didn't allow the handle to turn enough to pull up the flapper. This one is perfect! I ordered a sec9nd to have as a spare so I didn't have to go through the frustration again...
